  • Worst app

    I should have gift cards that show up
    In my account and they are not there. I can’t tell if this is the apps fault or if it Heyday’s issue. Heyday also seems very prone to “mistakes” like this so it may be on their side instead of the app makers

We apologize for any trouble you've been experiencing with the app. We would love to have this functionality in our app, but the vendor we use for sales and gift cards does not support in app gift card management. We are pushing the third party vendor introduce this functionality and will be integrating it into the app as soon as it becomes available.   • Used to love this app, now it crashes & wont open

    For the past month, I haven’t even been able to open the HeyDay app on my iPhone. It crashes immediately and closes, over and over. I even deleted it and reinstalled and it’s the same thing. Did HeyDay discontinue the app??

  • No longer works/consistently crashes

    I used to really like the HeyDay app - it was easy to book facials and make scheduling changes. Then a couple of months ago, it seemed to not reflect on the store’s website when I rescheduled an appointment, which led to some confusion. And now it won’t even open - just crashes and closes every time I click on it?! Even tried removing and reinstalling and it’s still crashing. Is HeyDay discontinuing this app??

This is a known issue on our side for some users that we have been actively addressing. While we address the cause of this issue, the best and fastest way to resolve the crashing issue is to delete the app entirely from your device and re-download it from the App Store. At this point, you should be able to sign in and use the app as expected.     When opening the app, it crashes
  • App Is Not Good

    This app has made me missed my appointment! It says my appointment is at 5:40 PM and I got an email today to confirm for 5:30pm. Last time it happened to me and I was on my way and they called me to tell me I was 10 minutes late and had to cancel my appointment. Luckily they didn’t charge me for the technical no show but it was so annoying my aesthetician was booked and had to wait two more weeks to get my facial.

The issue was resolved earlier this year and the app should reflect accurate appointment times moving forward. Heyday will never charge you for any mishaps due to technical difficulties.   • Great idea, poor little execution.

    Would love for this to work. When I login (for months now) it shows my name and linked to my membership but none of my details come up. I can schedule an appt but that’s about it. It doesn’t even show my appt. In future that I scheduled through the app. I’ve asked about it in store and emailed with Heyday but nothing has changed. I guess the only change of note is that the app crashes immediately now when I open with recent update. Room for something great here but not even close yet.

  • A few snags but Heyday support was awesome

    The app is not 100% self service so I ran into a few snags when I tried to update/ correct my profile. Heyday support responded quickly and worked with me until all of the issues were resolved. Heyday is an amazing company overall. My esthetician is absolutely fabulous and so is the customer service.

  • Love this app, love Heyday!

    The app is so easy to use and makes my life easier when it comes to booking and rescheduling appointments! My aesthetician was lovely and she left notes reminding me to use cleanser, which I could see right on the app so I had no excuses to not use my new cleanser.
