Shows won’t check off as watched
This app sometimes works and than sometimes it decides you can’t check mark your shows. You guys should fix that please.Zero567
Could use improvement- member for years
I’m hoping you can take not of my review considering I paid for and have continually used this app since I was 15. I’m now 22. There is a bug that absolutely destroys the experience for me. I will go through a show that I once marked as watched and mark it as I watched because my memory is terrible and I would like to watch it again, therefore use the app to keep track of my new viewings. But it NEVER fully deletes my watched. I will unclick the same episodes watched icon over and over and every time I refresh or reopen the app it’s back. It will always be just a couple that stick never all of them and I don’t understand. PLEASE FIX THIS! I love this app but I see there hasn’t been any updates recently and I hope developers haven’t given up on it because I do love it so much. If I had to move to a different app I would be upset and unsatisfied because this app always had everything I’ve asked for.Show lesskendraaaaaaaaaaa
Why
When I first downloaded and upgraded to unlock the full potential I was loving it. It was easy to use and navigate through all the features even without the tutorial. Then a few years ago it all came crashing down for awhile. After a bit they said it was fixed but after using everyday since then it hasn’t worked properly.
I’ve sent numerous emails with the on going issues I’m having with the app to NO avail of any sorts or solutions. I understand issues come up with apps but I think this app has the longest updates (like a year plus) in between updates.
I normally would’ve rated the app 5/5 and raved about it even recommended to all my friends but alas I can’t because of the above fore mentioned issues with communication and a resolve.
If someone reads this from the development team and can get in touch with me to resolve the issues I’d gladly revise my review.

One bug that just won’t go away
I have been a user for years and believe that this is the best, cleanest and easiest to use show tracking app out there bar none. But there’s one thing that just dives me nuts. Too often shows that I have watched and ticked off just decide to untick themselves and I have to spend like 15 minutes re-ticking all the episodes that were previously already ticked; and it’s been this way for years. This bug finally goes away and easily 5 stars.Show lessnasirdurden
Please fix - marking shows watched not working
Lately when I put checks in episodes watched they come back as unwatched, have to make them over and over, seems to only accept 1 at a time.
The iOS widget for upcoming favorites no longer shows anything

Many bugs and glitches
I’ve had this app for over a year now. Beautiful interface but there are some errors. Shows get untracked out of nowhere and manually tracking is a pain because it allows you to do the shortcut track and cancels the command right after. My trakt account also disconnects occasionally. Awful app
After using this app for a couple of years, it lost all my data (including shows like Nature with hundreds of episodes- basically impossible to recreate.) It often doesn’t keep episode progress and you have to mark an episode watched multiple times for it to take. There’s a complete lack of developer support or communication. And now suddenly I’m unable to add new shows without paying $5. You must be joking. I’ve started tracking in an excel sheet anyways, because it’s more accurate.Show less47Jessica
Wish I hadn’t bothered
First of all the app was brilliant but then so I bought the full thing for £4.99 then I worked out how it all worked and got used to using and then it started to go wrong all the episodes I had marked as watched started to become unpatched it could be 1 out of many or even multiple so I went through and re marked them as watched some of them stayed watched but others not and the big ones that have thousands of episodes i haven’t watched all of them but most of them I can’t get to go back and watch as they no longer exist etc so now it’s showing as I have over 4000 episodes to watch but I don’t and then there’s no comment section on the app normally there’s some way to report bugs but no not on this one but there’s a section to say about the sleepless nights and all the coffee they had drunk well I’ll be happy to here that when you have an app that does what it’s supposed to doShow lessitsadam1983
Would be great if it worked
I’ve been using this app for 4 years and it’s really great...when it works. Lately, it’s been extremely buggy. Episodes aren’t saving after being marked as watched, metadata/show graphics have been freezing and showing up on the wrong shows. I’ve attempted to share these bugs multiple times with the team and haven’t gotten a single reply. I’m looking to change over to another app if this doesn’t get fixed ASAP. It’s clear the developers don’t care about the in app experience based on their continued silence and lack of updates for these horrible bugs.Show lesssurfer_girl_24
Great app
It’s the best app out there for tracking shows. It would be great to have another option, one for active, one for archived, and one for finished. Easier to track the shows that still are being produced but you’ve lost interest in vs the ones that are finished or cancelled.Awil1584
