Keeps resetting shows
I keep marking shows as watched, but it keeps overwriting it and resetting shows back to unwatchable. Almost every show I wash is majorly screwed up in tracking now. And every time I try to fix it, it resets again.ColonelSandman
Constant crashing on iOS 13
After installing iOS 13 this app eventually begins to crash immediately upon launch forcing you to reinstall. Reinstalling only works temporarily; after reconnecting with Trakt (the app also no longer syncs correctly with Trakt, displaying shows as unwatched that were previously marked as watched) and attempting to fix all your shows, it just begins crashing again. If you’re on iOS 13, stay away until they fix this critical bug.Show lessbonebox
It was only ever really 3 stars wasn’t it?
Ive had this app for about 7 months andI’m relatively new to the whole tracking what you watch thing so thought this app was perfect for my needs. Never bothered to register for Trakt as this app could be used on its own. (Wow how I regret that now) It was always full of bugs, would fail to open sometimes, would show odd data and maybe even the wrong poster at times but a force close and reopen would normally sort. However, a week ago (mid Nov 2019) the app broke and support was non existent. No acknowledgement of issue until 3 days had passed and even then it was a single tweet. No updates since, no response to messages sent etc. Now the data i had is gone, the shows i watched are gone. Its all very well blaming someone else but own your issues guys and keep people updated and fix it. Ive now deleted this app and the movie version also by the same team and have moved over to another app linking it with Trakt this time. Shocking developer attitude really. I bet if there was monthly subs then it would have been fixed sooner!Show lessCornishCider
All the show statuses show New
I loved this app so far. However, during last week all the statuses were reset as New. No error message or status update.levggl
End of excellence
This app was fantastic, up to date, sent reminders to watch and had full range of tv shows. But as of this week it deleted all my stored information and now no show has any episodes listed. No more show reminders no more up to date. I have no idea why the system wiped but I’m very disappointed.Resh13
Losing watched eps
App is loosing watched history. Have redone it 4 times and keeps losing updates. Also crashes when select a ‘new’ showanyfrigginnickname
Suddenly starting to crash
Starting 17 November this app stopped working. Suddenly. Crashes all the time. It was not updated, it just stopped working all by itself. Very disappointed, was one of my favourites.Stash2001
Needs an update
I have love this app for years but the last update removed all my watched data as well as archived. It now frequently shuts down either after opening or just making adjustments. I’m hoping an update will solve these issues.MarvelDCGirl
No Episodes Available within Shows
I have been using and loving this app for years! However, in the last week, the app has been showing all my shows as “new” despite being current or only a few episodes behind. Within the shows, there are no episodes to check off to right this. Please fix this bug, as I am already losing track of my shows!Show lessmbicchieri
What the **** have you done?
I was using this perfectly fine on a daily basis keeping track of over a hundred programmes I watch each week at any given time... then you crashed. Then every time I pressed any icon you booted me out of the app. Then I noticed that all the information that I painstakingly gathered had gone down the drain and meant nothing. Now I have to delete you and find another one that is equally suited to the task at hand cos it seems that trakt has not been updated at any time since I downloaded. Very disappointed.Show lessBpl47
