It’s too bad
This was an excellent app I’ve used for 2-3 years. It did everything I needed it to, with very few glitches or outright breakdowns.
Sadly, that no longer appears to be the case. I started having problems a few weeks ago, and after waiting for it to resolve via a later update, I wrote for help. I did not receive a reply. Maybe a week later, all my data is gone from all my shows. Hours of work.
And still I waited, hoping there’d be some explanation and fix, but nothing. I can only assume the company doesn’t care about this app any longer. Now I have to find another one. I am finally deleting this app.Show lessArtiSun99
Sad to Say Goodbye
I’ve used this app for years - quite possibly my most used and referenced app. But over the past few weeks it stopped working. It would crash the second I tried to open it. I gave it some time and it didn’t get better, so I decided to reinstall. I didn’t know the app didn’t auto-backup so I lost a tone of history - and within minutes of reinstall it crashed - and continued to crash upon opening it. So with a sad heart I say goodbye to an old companion, an ever present resource on my phone. The app won’t keep my shows that are done, done. And keeps resetting or closes me out of app and some shows don’t show all the seasons anymore. Last 2 weeks this has been a thing. Please fix it ASAPViewsonic789
Honestly garbage
Poorly designed with no tutorial to teach you how to navigate this convoluted interface. Consistently failed to marked things as watched or sync to trakt. Undid a lot of my progress out of nowhere and as of recently began crashing repeatedly in an attempt to fix the damage done with their horribly-implemented syncing.
I used this for a year and I still want my money back for it due to the headaches caused. Switched to Hobi which isn't as rich in features but is much easier to use and more importantly: ACTUALLY RELIABLE.

Crashes and not syncing

Now just crashes and does not save data
Used to work well until recently, now the app just crashes randomly on a particular show, also lost all my data on what shows had been watched and not saving new data correctly - just awful. Don’t understand how this is not being fixed after so many people complaining of the same problem.Krisa2010
This app was great until today...
I have used this app for around a year now and it is great to track all my shows. However, today it became very glitchy. It marked random episodes as unwatched, changed all the artwork to one shows artwork, moved all the shows out of archived, shows just come partly disappear and then reappear. This would be annoying but not so bad if it allowed me to fix it, but every time I try some other glitch completely changes everything again. The app is completely unusable now. I even tried deleting it and reinstalling, but nothing works. Please fix this ASAP.
P.S. these glitches are taking way too long to fix, like are you even trying? Revert back to the previous update or something, this is getting ridiculous. I’m super annoyed if you want tell seeing as this is a PAID app.Show lesspbstannard

iOS 13 has broken the app on my iPad Pro
App has been working great for years, but after ios13 update, bd things have been happening. Shows I finished watching are now showing up with I watched episodes - and not just one or two shows, dozens of them have this bug. When I try to fix them by marking the episodes S watched, the Pp crashes. When I relaunch, none of the changes I was able to update before crashing were a saved. Please fix these problems as I have come to rely on your great app for tracking what I am watchingShow lessbiffbarf86
