Although they didn’t tell us what destroyed the app in the update description (people who use this app like stories!) I’m glad it’s working again. Some cover arts are not loading unless I choose fan art but I’m ok with that.iSlaker
Disappointed
I been using this for 3 years which was a great experience until now i own two iphone 5 and the app crashes on both of them it is useless now and I emailed ishowstv twice and they haven't fixed the problem unfortunately, the syncing is not the best too and I never complained about that until now, Might jump to Hobi or an app with good customer service because I honestly don't know what is going on? Lost all data. Have to start over 🙄
I did the update and my shows were listed but not showing me what episode is next. So I tried reinstalling since the update said that reinstalling may be required and data would restore. Nope. All my data was lost. Tired to log into Trakt TV and it says I don’t have an account despite me having an email saying “welcome to Trakt TV”. So I guess it was never syncing the first place. So now I have to start over. 🙄. Not happy and will not recommend this app to friends. I appreciate the developers hard work in getting this app updated but the lack of any communication during the outage is completely unacceptable.Show lessScott👨💻
What went wrong
I have been using this app and even paid for full content for over a year , I had listed hundred shows and it was all working brilliantly until last week , when the app crashed , all my show that I’d watch suddenly come back as I watched , the app opened then closed , worked then didn’t work , it such a mess , now I’ve had to delete cause it just will not work , what went wrong.Show less#Ant
Issue has been fixed!
Had and issue with the sync. Needed to reinstall the app after upgrade to get it to work. Now everything works again and I can track my showsoutcoldman
Great app
The latest update fixes a bug which made the app unusable for a week or so, during which time I realised how much I’ve come to rely on it to manage what TV shows I’m watching/want to watch.
I wasn’t sure if this was ever going to work again so I looked into some alternatives but nothing was as good.

Update:
The recent patch does seem to have fixed the app BUT you’ll still have to do some fiddling to get back to where you were before everything was lost. I had a bunch of shows with random cover art that all said no episodes and the app was still crashing at open. But I opened and quickly deleted a show in my list before the app crashed and for w/e reason my history mostly restored except for some unchecked episodes here and there. Still a little sketch but if everything keeps working then this will go back to being my main tracking app.

Update didn’t fix problem at all
Even after update it still shows No Episodes. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and now everything is gone. Don’t rely on this app to track your shows, it will disappoint you.Cdn_girl
Terrible now
This app use to be so awesome but as in the last month has become crap. For a week it delete all my shows I was tracking. Now it shows my shows but will not keep the update of what I’ve watched already. I’m glad I could spend my money on your app to later become trash. Either fix these problems or give our money back!! If you’re looking into this app I would go somewhere else. Doesn’t seem like they care to fix the problem.Show lessmjptd21
Bug fix needed ASAP!
Love the app, however this week sync is not working. Episodes that are marked as watched are now showing up as unwatched. App keeps crashing and is very slow.
