Very satisfying to tick off my work. My phone is always close, if not in my hand so this list works well with my current way of keeping on track.
Simple, Powerful, and Clutter-Free
I’ve been through my fair share of task management apps, but this one has stood out as a clear favorite. My old method involved basic notes apps for checklists, but those always ended up feeling cluttered, with no easy way to organize or hide completed tasks. This app fixes all of that in such an intuitive way. What I love most is how simple yet functional it is. You can start using it immediately without being bombarded by upgrade requests or confusing setups. The free version has plenty of features to get organized. I especially like how I can create multiple lists and use subtasks to keep everything neat without feeling overwhelmed. For me, seeing everything in one place but still organized is a huge plus. The design is minimalist but so well thought-out. Adding, reordering, and crossing off tasks feels natural and fast. I love that you can remove completed tasks with just a quick shake, which keeps things tidy without any extra effort. I haven’t fully explored how it syncs with other devices yet, but having access across platforms will definitely be a bonus. There are also some cool extras like color coding and focus tools for when you need to dig deeper into productivity. I upgraded to the paid version to try out more features, but even the free version has more to offer than most apps I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a clean, easy-to-use app that still has powerful features, this is definitely worth a try!

Does its job
Honestly I can’t really complain. I got the lifetime version because I had a gift card for apple just doing nothing. I am wondering if there is a PC version that can sync with my phone, or if there would ever be some Notion (app) integration.

Sneaky cash grab
First step is to default you to buying a lifetime plan, once you figure out how to get to the free option, you’re prompted for 1 free week or annual plan. More development time was spent on how to confuse people out of their money that the actual app..

Intuitive app
Great tool to keep track of (and tick off) all the little things that come up during the day. Has been extremely helpful for reducing stress and is easily customisable
App has helped me organize my day
I’m glad I found this app! I’ve struggled with ADHD most of my life and when I lost my job I also lost the structure that came with working. This app had helped me create structure again

Dark mode is behind a paywall
I do like the simplicity of this app, but prefer to have everything in dark mode due to headaches. Tried to change the free version to dark mode, and the app asked me to either pay £10 or a monthly subscription of £3.
It felt icky - I understand paying to unlock the more specific customisation options, that’s fair enough. But paying to just switch to dark mode??? I also would have been happy to pay £3 -£5 one-off to use the app at all, but £10 is pretty expensive and the subscription model is just absurd.
Felt gross, especially for an app linked to minimalism, so I deleted it. Developers, maybe try being a bit more minimalist with your greed.
