Wonderful app! Just make sure to notice whether you are charged going they toll. Only one time did it not go

Hard to understand
Hard to understand when not from the area and no explanation given of how to take care of. Go through the tolls in CO and they just send you a bill in the mail and tell you how to pay. No big extra charge either. Should tell app to use to pay by and was not any faster because the traffic was so packed and had to stop on road while driving. Also no way to find any extra tolls that did not have app for. Should be linked to the license plate for extra tolls that should bring them up.

Total rip off/scam
I would give negative stars if could. I used this app and paid right away only to get a bill with late fees from the state of IL. The fees showed up on my CC bill, which I paid, but the app never passed the payment on to the state of IL. I followed up with IL thinking this would be an easy fix, but no. They didn’t receive payment and said this happens all the time with this app. So now I get to pay everything twice plus late fees. If you like getting scammers, use the app. Don’t waste your time and money!!!!!

aye there y'all just a good ole sconsin guy here, whenever i go through Illinois i just turn this on and it takes care of the rest for ya, ya know bud? Highly recommend, very easy to make the payments too just hook yer card up and good to go! It even warns ya when you're about to get a FINE from Illinois if you don't pay on time! Now what other app you know of that's got your back like that!??? 11/10

Don’t use
I used the app. thinking it would be easy. Well you can go on the Illinois Tollway and pay within the 7 days without any hassle. The app is nothing but a hassle. I paid the tolls within a few days. I have a receipt. Then a month later I received an Invoice from Illinois Tollway that I have overdue tolls. All the ones I paid through the App. E-mailed the support and they responded that sometimes license plate numbers are a problem. Tried calling but the number is disconnected. I do not recommend use ing this App. Thank you

Poor Response
I made an error when typing in my license plate but was still charged. When I contacted the App to try to get a refund, they told me that I had to contact Illinois Tollway directly and to not mention the App, which raised some red flags to me. I think it’s easier to just pay through the online system instead of using this intermediary app that also charges you $1 for its transaction fees.

Convenient, but…
Awesome convenience. Just open the app, ok to let it run in the background if you’re using other apps (like maps) and make sure to turn ON the tracking. The tolls automatically appear when you pass through the toll gate, no need to stop, no need to go through the far right lanes (usually for cash users). No need to carry a bunch of change anymore. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is the convenience fee.

Easy to use, 99 cent processing fee
This app makes everything really easy and quick. You pay for that convenience with a $.99 processing fee which as a percent of your total charges could be upwards of 50%. Just a nice little way for the state to pad the tolls since they have all the cash options closed “because of Covid”. But for me, using this on one trip to ORD and back, my total tolls cost me $14 instead of $12 and I can just keep driving so it was worth it. Especially compared to the $10 bottle of beer at the airport. LOL. The app also sends a reminder to pay when the excessive late fees are about to kick in, so you avoid them.

Amazing.
We’ve been slapped with so many fees while trying to find how to pay Illinois tolls... this was crazy easy. Our toll was available to pay within minutes of driving through the toll.

I use Illinois tollways very once in awhile if I am traveling from my home state Wisconsin to get to just about any other state. If you don’t pay your tolls within the 7 day window, they send you a letter tacking on an additional $3 to each toll. This is a racket like no other. So people if you are traveling through Illinois beware.
This app Fast Toll is the cats meow; it is so easy to download and start using when traveling anywhere. It’s great!!!!!!
