Never stop at a toll again
The app works great I never stopped at the tolls anyway but then I would have to wait for so many days for it to show up online this app is great I want to O’Hare airport from Bloomington Illinois and soon as I get back home I just paid off the tolls. 😎
One giant hassle
Tracking with this app works great. That’s not the problem. The problem comes months later when the Illinois DoT sends you a fine because they wouldn’t accept the third party payment and you call the Fast Toll number only to have them tell you it’s the DoT’s problem. Suddenly you’re the middleman in what was supposed to be a quick and easy way to deal with tolls. It’s not my responsibility to make your company work. Do it yourselves! Ordered a transponder from the DoT and will use that when I visit the state.

This App is a great “toll” (tool)
I have struggled putting $1.00 bill into a toll machine for years in Chicago. The last time in February there were 40 MPH winds and it was 10 degrees outside. Paying a toll with cash or credit is a disaster under those conditions. This weekend (August) we darted thru every toll booth without stopping and paid the toll at the end of the trip. As soon as we passed the toll booth, we received a notification there was a charge, and the $0.99 processing fee for using the application to pay the toll was a small consultation for a great experience.

Being a MN resident and rarely driving thru Illinois this past weekend was my second time going to Grand Rapids Michigan, I was literally there for 24 hours turn around and home, downloaded the app when I topped off in WI, logged att the toll booths flawlessly, when I returned home I went thru the pay instructions which I did about 5pm last night, already got a confirmation letter from Unpaid IL tollways listing out all the tolls paid

Great App but Payment Troubles
This app is all around great to use for its convenience. The only issue I have had is on 3 separate trips through Illinois using this app, the payments did not go through, despite receiving confirmation emails. Each trip the $20 in tolls I paid becomes $300 with late fees and each time this happens I have to call into the Illinois tollway and sit with a representative and have them verify each toll I passed through. This takes quite some time if you’ve got 15+ tolls. If I was not moving down south I would recommend finding a different solution to your travels than this app as you’ll likely receive an overdue toll bill months later via mail, which you’ll have to spend at least 45 minutes taking care of.

Quick and Fast No Need To Excessive Brake.
For us Wisconsiners this app just work. No need to move to the far right lane and excessive brake to pay for the tolls coming to Chicago and back. With this it keeps tracks on the toll you pass and what’s awesome about it it’s on your phone. Just make sure it’s turn on while using whatever GPS app you’re using it will work.

Great app!
So very helpful when you are driving in places like Chicago! We visit family in that area and this makes tolls easy and less painful! I was skeptical at first but as long as you have your tracking on when you go through we didn’t have any issue!! I wish the app would remind you to pay. I almost missed a toll from the beginning of our trip but luckily remembered I hadn’t paid it. Whew!

Best app ever!
My husband and I found this app after missing 2 toll stops due to heavy traffic congestion. The $1.05 it charges in fees for a round trip to Chicago is more than worth the lines that are now waiting if you pull off to pay tolls. Our last trip we beat our friends by almost 40 minutes (and yes, they did get the app before they returned home).

So far, so good
If this truly works, I would definitely use again. Very convenient to be able to drive through those tolls and not have to stop. My only hesitation is to make sure the payment processes smoothly. I paid with credit card. Only had to pay 99 cent processing fee. Well worth it.
Totally Worth It
Paying a toll then getting a fine for skipping is the worst. This also eliminates that long line when the light won’t turn green after feeding $4.00 into the broken, unattended coin basket. Not having to exit to deal with these and other adventures save travel time also. I’ve told everyone on the team about this app and we all love it!
