So easy!
This makes my trips to Illinois so much easier and stress free. Without the app you would have to go to the website and manually put the date/time/ and find the exact toll you went through and your would have to do this separately for each toll. This app makes everything hassle-free once you turn on your FastToll you’re good to go.

I love it and recommend it to others
I have to drive to Illinois for work every so often and I always had to drive to cash payment booths and never liked it. This app saves the time and trouble of doing that and it's worth every penny of the charge.
So convenient
We drive through Chicago occasionally and always dread stopping at all the tolls. This app was amazing and we flew through all the toll stops and saved some time. We will definitely be using this app every time now and the small fee is totally worth it!
Works exactly as advertised
I used the iOS version of the app recently and this was exactly what I was looking for. The convenience outweigh the small service fee you need to pay. But if you are a person who frequently need to pass through toll gates, then this is way too expensive. If you have time to get an I-PASS transponder and have a need to maintain it then you should go for that as I-PASS passenger vehicles receive a 50 percent discount off toll rates. You also need to maintain a minimum balance on that account but not with this app

Great app
This app made paying tolls really simple. We traveled through on a cross country trip and it was quite the headache to get tolls paid later when we were not using this app. I found the app before traveling back through and paying took less than a minute. Just make sure you click to turn on the tracking prior to entering toll area.

Improvement opportunity
We’ve used this app several times and our experience has been less than stellar. Both times we’ve received toll violations with the tickets costing us hundreds of dollars. It turned out that one of the tolls was not paid even though the app was used throughout the trip. Our most recent experience we didn’t “switch” vehicles when we used the app even though both vehicles are registered. It would be helpful if the app was more helpful and at the beginning of trip prompted you to choose the vehicle if more than one is registered. If the point is to make it easier for the user and there is a charge, then pls make it violation proof also.

The app does not allow you to register any vehicles. Instead, it is expected that each time you make the payment you enter correct vehicle information. Unfortunately in your case the vehicle information was not entered correctly and this resulted in a toll violation. The good news is that toll violations because of the wrong license plate can be corrected.
My favorite app of 2018
We just returned from a cross country road trip. We spent three long days driving into Chicago. And then leaving Chicago on a Friday afternoon we thought we beat rush hour out - not so. This app easily saved us precious time and even more frustration. It was easy to use and well worth the service fee. Loved it!

Easy to use
Love! Super easy to use. Very convenient for those of us who don’t travel toll roads frequently. I Like that you can turn the tracking off when not needing to use it. I found that if phone is not placed on dash the app will not receive the toll info and therefore you will miss the toll.
Tolls Made Easy!
This app was perfect for the occasional car traveling through the state! I know there is a small processing fee, but well worth it to keep driving and not have to worry about having enough cash. Worked every time and didn’t have to enter payment info until I was ready to pay. App saves info for the next time. If you are traveling through Illinois, this app is a must have.

Very convenient!
I no longer stick that crazy white thing on my windshield! That toll pass white thing whatever you may call it is so annoying to see from outside view of my beautiful car.
I hope in the future upgrades of this app that it has features that it will automatically turn on when I started driving. At this point never forget to turn it on before driving and passing through a toll pass.
Overall this app is a must have!
