Hi. Thanks for providing feedback. Our user manuals are now paperless. These can be found online, or through the MyDyson App and can be viewed by visiting the Dyson website. The inbox material would have contained a QR code, when scanned by your mobile device would have brought up a manual and directed you to online help to get started. My 3rd Robot
Spent three phone calls with Dyson. Phone call one- did a phone consultation, showed the problem. He had absolutely no idea. After 10 minutes got cut off.
Phoned again- spent another 15 minutes- did the same consultation. Solution was to send the robot back to Dyson. However their technical team was so busy repairing other broken Dyson’s. The Robot would not be collected for 12 days. No replacement vacuum!
Asked to speak to a manager, he phoned, basically saying nothing he could do, takes a minimum of 14 days to repair, as Dyson has so many repairs! Asked to talk to a specialist on the phone, he refused, only repair by post! I had to put the phone down.
Googled the problem, the was 4 u tube videos, watched all 4. Finding a solution to get it working! All working now! Not the Dyson service which Sir Dyson made his name on- very Disappointed in what is a very expensive premium product.

If you notice your Dyson purifier displaying a 999 Severe reading, which shows as Purple, and there’s no obvious source of pollutants within your indoor environment that could be causing this, the reading is likely to be due to a blockage in the machine’s sensor port(s). Clearing the sensor ports of any dust, fluff or debris is quick and easy Further instructions on cleaning your Dyson purifier can be found in your User guide, as well as within the MyDyson™ app under 'Using your machine' and then choosing 'Cleaning your machine'. If this reading is still showing after cleaning the sensor and the machine, we’d suggest following the information in the 'Power Cycling/Restarting' your machine article.
