Still charging MONTHS after cancellation!!!
So annoyed at how this company has been silently charging me for over a year without ANY notice!!! I canceled this in May of 2023 and have emails to prove my request to cancel because the prevent you from having any control over your own subscription. Just found out today they w been charging my credit card this WHOLE TIME!!!!!
The content looks like it's improved a lot since last year however I'm beyond angry at their business practices. Nothing trustworthy about it a company that holds your credit card hostage and prayers you with constantly for reviews or to resubscribe even though they're already bloody charging you behind your back.

Do NOT deal with this company
“Customer Service” is a joke! I downloaded the app just to leave a review after this horrible experience.
After I contacted them repeatedly and was getting canned answers I finally had to call. Someone had signed up with my email address so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged $96 for something I’d never even heard of. Wholesome/Christian? Sure, if it’s the hateful kind of people claiming to be Christian who don’t know the difference between Christ-like behavior and judgmental. I finally had to call and I was angry because I had written repeatedly that I could not log in with the only response being, “you have an active account.” So repeating what you’ve explained over and over is infuriating. After we sorted it out, the woman at the “Christian” company said in what she thought was a whisper, “you’re not welcome.” Don’t run a scam and people won’t be angry, Krystal/Victoria (the two names given to me by the person who “helped” me)!

Identity Theft
I was using a credit card with only this app to pay for its subscription- after a few years of paying for it, my identity got stolen- canceled the card- entered a new card number and immediately it happened again. I canceled my subscription online, but couldn’t delete my account- after for ever searching, you have to send a pre-generated email to delete your account. App WILL NOT let you delete credit card off your account, it WILL NOT let you edit your subscription after you’ve canceled, and after emailing them to tell them my card had been compromised twice by their company I never heard back. Long story short- I love and miss their content, but it’s not worth credit card info getting stolen again and again.

What is a price reduction plan?
I love this app and the content they provide, but I simply don’t have the money to pay for a subscription that I don’t use. I contacted customer service to end my subscription and was told it would be a $30 cancelation fee. She said I was signed up for a 36 month price reduction plan, which I never agreed to or signed up for. I am very upset at the lack of communication from the company. I looked through all of my emails from when I subscribed and nothing is mentioned about a 3 year commitment.

This app is awesome and brings back so many memories
I remember when I was little, I used to watch Helen Keller on living scriptures over and over, and also Alma the younger. I still watch episodes from time to time, and hope other people do, too! This app is totally awesome!
Need to continue 7min Line Upon Line Videos.
We have loved this app. But the primary purpose of the app for us is to watch the 7 min Line Upon Line videos. They are amazing and so well done. I learn something new in each episode. The last 2 weeks there has not been a new 7 minute Line Upon Line video. Instead you have put on the full Old Testament Animated stories. We are so disappointed! We used this while teaching my small primary class and my weekly FHE with my family. They are the perfect length and packed full of information and humor. Intriguing and interesting to kids and adults alike. I hope that you can bring it back ASAP. I don’t think I will keep with the monthly subscription without the Line Upon Line Series.
Update, Sep 2022. It looks like they just took off three or four weeks. They are back on with new ones on almost every week.
One other note, sometimes on Sundays or Monday evenings we can’t log in, as if the entire service is down. Maybe once a month. Not a big deal. Love the service overall. Well done!

Scam
I thought it was great until they told me there was a charge to cancel the account. Scamming people and saying your a “religious streaming services” well you’ve never heard of honesty or integrity.
Great content poor app
I really wanna love this app. It’s so needed. But it won’t hook up to my chrome cast from my phone or iPad. Additionally, When I search for a show it’ll let me see the search results but then I go to click on it and it won’t do anything. Like I can’t get the show to play.
I want all the content. Can’t pay for it because it won’t work in the app!

Terrible
I have had living scriptures for a few years now. A while back I signed up for a program that kept my premium for the subscription at a lower price. I was to keep it for 36 months. Which under normal circumstances would be fine. My husband lost his job and I called and explained what was happening and asked to cancel due to no income. I was told I could not cancel but they would charge me $30 and cancel the account. Instead of keeping a loyal customer and resuming the subscription after my husband finds a job the representative did not care and would not let me speak with a supervisor. They lost out on69$ and a repeat customer to just make $30 off of someone that was asking for a little help and who knows if this $30 would help keep our home. Heartless people. You would be so much better off going to Frndly or Up Faith and Family streaming services.

Outstanding!!
Love this app! Having such a wholesome streaming service for my young family is such a blessing! I’ve been watching it on my phone and streaming it to my tv! I love being able to have the kids profile and mine. I’ve only had the app for a week or so and look forward to getting to know it more. Especially the CFM resources!
It would be nice if the screen rotated to both sides while playing on my phone though. Also knowing the year the video was made would be nice. And having the duration of the video just on the info screen would be really helpful in deciding a show for my kids at a glance.
