Tricked me
They called me and offered 1 free month with a discounted year. I accepted, but didn’t think it officially went through because:
1. They sent me an email saying that the signup for the month free trial was never finished, and
2. it didn’t work when I tried to watch something.
So I figured it didn’t get set up and just went on with life.
After the month was over, I was still billed. I tried calling over the weekend (within 3 days of billing) to get a refund, but they were closed. Tried again during the week but they said it had been over 3 days, so I couldn’t get a refund anymore.
They were not understanding about me having called during the 3 day refund period (because I didn’t leave a voice mail) or them sending me an email making me think my account was never set up properly.
My account works fine now, but the process was full of confusion and miscommunication.

Do not subscribe!
Trying to get out of any subscription is nigh impossible! Customer service is atrocious, and when you call (very expensive from
the UK) often sound like no one there knows what they are doing. Called, told it had been cancelled, no confirmation, and them payment continues to be taken. Hate to say it but the whole
business just seems off and not entirely ethical. Most of the content is on youtube for free anyway and the updated content is pretty poor - really want to give a positive review as like what the product is trying to achieve, but hopefully a better company will come along and do something similiar - without hqving to use underhanded tactics to take money from unsuspecting members of the church.

Foreign languages
Love the content and the app development seems to be going well. I see they recently have been trying to accommodate for different languages but does quite make the switch on my device. I’ll select profile language to be Portuguese but see/hear nothing in Portuguese. Device is an iPhone SE gen2 running ios 14.6

Content is what you expect but the app...
Trying to stream to Apple TV or google tv is hit and miss with this app. Everything else works so I know it’s the app that has issues. Wish we could watch these shows on the tv instead of having the kids use the iPad .
Good content, Terrible app
To describe this app as a poor man’s Netflix would be great praise. It fails on many levels:
1. It’s extremely slow to respond to user input, especially search and navigation
2. The aspect ratio is incorrect on most movies, and there is no option to correct it
3. Search is completely broken. I’ve spent 15 minutes trying to locate a movie on this iPad I started watching on another device (One man’s treasure), but to no avail.
Issues 1 and 3 should not be that hard to fix.

I LOVE this app
I love this app because it has so many great movies in scripture stories, the stores are especially great for a little kids that do not yet know how to read or do not want to read, it keeps him entertained while learning about The gospel,It also has great choices for teens and adults I absolutely love this app and I encourage everyone to get it.

Living Scriptures
When you open the application you get nothing but a blank white page. Seems they have no problem taking your money and giving you nothing in return.
Such a Blessing!
It’s as good as having Disney+! All these treasures located in one place! I wish so badly they could have “The Adventures from the Book of Virtues” movies on here too! Then it literally would be like stepping back into a nostalgic childhood I haven’t had in years. I love how many movies and fun shows are on here. Such a variety for all ages and occasions. I love this! Thank you!

My experience
The app is often blank and although I can move between sections everything else is blank. The other issue is that because I can only download the app through apple devices we just haven’t watched much as we don’t have Apple TV or anything compatible with the app
