Flexible meal plans!
I was so pleased with my meal plans! I requested a vegan plan and have been so impressed by the creative and delicious recipes that Eat Love prepared for me. This app made eating healthy, easy.
Keeps me on track!
EatLove has transformed the way I eat. Before, my dietitian would provide meal plans but they weren’t personalized and difficult to follow.
Now I have some guardrails and feel secure in my choices because they fit within guidelines set by my dietitian. One of my favorite features of the update is the “messaging” feature where I can ask my dietitian questions between visits or send updates. She can see my daily log and notes about my hunger level and events things that impact my eating decisions.
I appreciate having the accountability within the app because it allows me to stay on a healthy nutrition track.

This is the tool you’ve been looking for
EatLove has transformed the way I feed myself, and as a result my relationship with food has improved dramatically.
I wish EatLove had been around when I started my journey. For years I had wanted to eat better, but it was so hard to know what to cook or how much to eat. I had seen a nutritionist through my HMO but all I got was general advice that was hard to put into practice.
About seven months ago a registered dietitian at my gym introduced me to EatLove. At first I was skeptical, but I quickly found that it checks all the boxes.
It takes the work out of planning so I can concentrate on shopping and preparing (and enjoying!) my meals. The benefits have been huge, because my weight is finally under control (down 19 pounds now!), I don’t get sleepy after lunch, and I feel comfortable in my body again.
EatLove has really smart technology that can suggest meals that fit your nutrition goals. There is no math for you to do. It does the hard part and then you choose the meals that look good to you. Pick from the Smart Suggestions and the system will make sure your meals are balanced for the day. If you’re the type that likes data you’ll be happy to know each recipe also lists total calories and other nutrition info.
Of course the number one thing everyone wants to know is: how is the food? And the good news is EatLove has a massive recipe database of really tasty dishes. It’s very easy to search and to save your favorite recipes. I’ve been able to enjoy types of foods I like but have also branched out and tried a lot of new meals that I never would have found on my own.
All of the recipes are easy to follow. You can even adjust recipes depending on how many people you’re feeding (so, you can make breakfast and lunch just for yourself, but cook enough at dinner time to feed the whole family).
Need to avoid certain foods? You can set this up in advance and your suggestions will be tailored to your preferences. EatLove will suggest meals that share some ingredients to help control food waste, something I have never seen before.
There is a shopping list that is automatically generated based on which recipes you’re planning to make. When I go to the grocery store I open the app and check off what I’m buying as I go. I can even put other items on my list that I need to pick up.
There are a ton of other features (add a meal from a popular restaurant, search for a recipe by ingredients, or even create your own custom recipe). The Daily Log helps you track which meals you’ve eaten, how much water you’ve had, your exercise for the day, and you can even put in notes to help you or your dietitian review how things are going. You can sync the meal plan with your Google or Apple calendar, too.
The last thing that I think is really important is EatLove Support is super friendly and responsive. If you are confused about how something works, or need advice on using the app, they’re just an email away.
I highly recommend you give EatLove a shot. You will get out of it what you put into it, but the best thing is you’ll be in control the whole time.
