Truly a terrible user experience
Incredibly slow. Frequently crashes. Errors constantly. This app would have zero users if it wasn't the only option for company cafeteria.
Can't even use a simple SSO
Loging on to this application is impossible making it useless.
App name, token refresh
Please remove the “2.0” from the app name.
I’d use the AdobeLife app instead, but it is painfully slow.
Also, ordering from the cafeteria is not a high security risk. Please cache the access code across sessions and app installs so it never has to be reentered after installing. Having to hunt down the access code whenever the session expires is a huge inconvenience. I usually order while heading to the cafe, so this causes me to go back to my desk to look up the code.
