  • Flexible and helpful but doesn’t work with screen off

    I love the flexibility that the options within the app provide. There are lots of custom settings at a low cost. I can’t find a way to play the audio with the screen turned off so it uses unnecessary battery life, especially if I fall asleep at night while using the app. How can I use this with the screen off? I can’t find a way to communicate with the developer.

  • * Very soothing *

    I find it very helpful with breath regulation and calming/centering.

    I appreciate the various options to speed up or slow down the circle’s speed and the ability to turn the vibration, sound, etc., on or off to optimize the experience.

    I have the free app and am considering trying the (paid) features to see additional setting options.

  • Simple and Effective

    I love the simplicity of this app. I finally am able to commit to a daily practice and I really look forward to it. The vibration is my favorite because you don’t have to be looking at the screen. I close my eyes and focus simply on breathing.

    I struggle with falling asleep. I use this app for 10 minutes in my bed to fall asleep and I’m out like a light!! I use the no sound and time my breathing to the vibration. It’s perfect!

  • The most versatile breathing app I have found.

    That said, it would be very helpful to have more information on how to calculate the optimal breath rate for a given heart rate.
    For example, for a person with a resting average heart rate of 50 bpm, what would be the corresponding breath rate per minute for optimal cardiac coherence? Many thanks, bill walker

    I just started using Kardia two weeks ago! It has really been helping me with my breathing and relaxation! I live a very fast passed life and forget to take time to just sit, relax and take a few deep breath’s! Thank you for helping others like me who need this!
  • Just need space for transition.

    Love the app. Really like the customization of timing in and out. However, can’t figure out how to program in a one second transitional holding of breath after both the in and out breath.
