Great app, just needs one feature
This is a great app, quick and easy booking, notifications to let you know when your taxi is booked, on its way and arriving.
The only thing I can suggest it add is a tab for booking pet taxis as the “additional notes” feature has let me down a few times when needing to transport my pets to the vets or groomers.
Other than that, 5 star app

Doesn’t work
Can’t even get as far as the login screen as keeps saying there is a server error? Therefore unable to use the app

I didn't even get past registration before being locked and blacklisted out all because it did not recognise the verification text message it sent me.
I will sticking to calling them whenever im in the area instead of this app.

App doesn’t recognise me
All was well and it worked great until some updates. Now I’m an unrecognised person and can’t even re-register.... staff were clueless as to how to resolve the issue.
Awful can’t sign back in
This app was working fine until you decided to make it go offline because of the weather now can’t log in at all as my phone number won’t stay in there to verify my account. As you make the app priority over the phone anyway. There is no point booking over phone might as well just phone value cars instead all good things must come to an end.

This application seems like just for name there is an application for a and b taxi.
Best suggestion if u launch application properly 100% working otherwise just remove this application for store.

Poor update
Had to book cab for work only to find all details and favourites lost had to setup

The app I have used for the last couple of months and has been very good. Last night I did the update and it took all my saved information away and didn't recognise me as a user. Had to re-register.
The app now crashes after wanting to request payment selection, can't even use the app at all now!! Please fix asap

This app is better than there call center staff.
We phone up and get told its an hour wait and no cabs.
Go to app and book and cab arrive in few mins and get told by driver they been quiet for ages

Used this app this morning for the first time. Really user friendly, cab booked without any problems, confirmation email received and cab was a few minutes early too. Friendly driver. Can't fault the app or the company. 5 stars from me
Don't use this taxi firm
50 minutes and still waiting. 5 calls to the desk and no sign of the taxi we booked. Avoid this firm. Bad communication!

App doesn't work; make sure you don't drop a pin; rather put in address EXPLICITLY. And agents are very rude. I may get home tonight, who knows.
