The app is terrible so hard to get an actual decent image of an adult never mind a child I got this as a gift months ago and still haven’t ordered as I can’t get a print clear enough to upload!

The UI is terrible and doesn’t make sense how to align it properly. Takes way too long to capture an adult fingerprint let alone child’s. The fingerprint doesn’t look like a fingerprint either. Glad I found the app before placing an order, I will go with another shop that accepts a fingerprint on the piece of paper.

Useless for babies
It works fine for adult prints, but takes far too long to focus on smaller fingers. Also the lines on all prints are dotted and digital looking, it doesn’t look like a fine line print.

Won’t focus long enough to take picture on adult hand let alone trying to capture a child. Have tried multiple times on multiple background and lighting.
Super easy to use
Worked perfectly - finger over the back of an envelope, near a window, resulted in a perfect fingerprint for a necklace. What a perfect gift!
