Bad quality milk
Being a coffee lover, I tried almost every flavour but out of them only 2-3 are good. But there is an issue with the milk also which me and my few friends have observed. Every time we drink coffee here, we suffer from stomach problems and bloating. Please, change the milk and upgrade it with the quality one.

I visit Park Centra frequently and I always prefer having my coffee here. However, this time I felt a little uncomfortable with Mr. Sabhil’s behaviour. He seemed unsure how to communicate and his tone came across as rude and a bit indifferent.

Riddled with bugs
Can’t do the mvp function of the app which is to complete an order. Payment options never open, had to wait for 15 mins to get to the next screen to enter otp, can’t select outlet for delivery. Pls fix
App is not update
They don’t update anything on aap they don’t deliver on desk anymore coz of limited staff they discontinued hot chocolate but they were running offer on app 1+1
No option to add flavours
Unlike the store menu there's no option to add additional flavours like vanilla, caramel, etc to the coffee while customising order. Please add this. Very bad app to be very honest, please improve the UX of it
