Everything is always sold out and it’s CUTE but never comes back. Infuriating and I end up having to order loads and then return in store…. Which is annoying & probs the store hates it.

Literally the best shopping app
So impressed by how easy it is to like things and add things to my cart. When I go to the website on my laptop and then open the app on my phone, the same items are ready for me to checkout. The best!
No support
Literally trying to get an update on my order and it takes me to an order update page and then back to tracking in a loop.
I go to contact customer service via email. Takes me to a form and once I fully fill it out. It says I need to use an email app. Then it doesn’t link me to an email and instead closes the submission form.

The new update stops what you’re listening to and starts playing the app, super annoying

Filters don’t actually work
It’s very frustrating to me when I select a category like “tops” and then filter “medium” and then when I click a potential shirt, the product says “out of stock”
Don’t show a product if it is out of stock in my selected size?? What is the point of a filter if it doesn’t filter anything??

App problems
The app NEVER works properly. Often the page opens and descriptions are available but the pictures never load. Highly disappointing.
