Filters don’t actually work
It’s very frustrating to me when I select a category like “tops” and then filter “medium” and then when I click a potential shirt, the product says “out of stock”
Don’t show a product if it is out of stock in my selected size?? What is the point of a filter if it doesn’t filter anything??

App problems
The app NEVER works properly. Often the page opens and descriptions are available but the pictures never load. Highly disappointing.

i wish i could order a few shirts that seem to out of and no longer available online , the long sleeve heavy 2.0 XL Grape and Plum 2 of each would be really nice . i bought so many in the last 2 months but cant seem to get those colors.

I really like how the clothes fit on me it might be a little more expensive than other brands but I think it is worth the money because the do last plus they’re are very comfortable and cute clothes and their customer service is very helpful
You get what you pay for
For me, sizing is everything. I’m only 5’ 6” and quite slim. A&F’s X Small size is perfect. Quality is of course very good and the cut of their clothing is almost always spot on.

The app loads wayyy too slow and the products have become a cheaper quality with higher prices
