Excellent Workout for Home
Now that the updates and compatibility issues are fixed this remains one of the best abdominal workouts that you can do at home or at the gym. However, be careful when you buy the lifetime membership which platforms you buy it on. I still cannot get my lifetime membership to work across Google/Android after switching from Apple platforms. Once I switched to Android phone I couldn’t use the paid version on my smart phone just my iPad. Keep this in mind before you buy.

The gay work out
This workout is so gay that one postfix one got me off guard I don’t recommend getting this workout app and plus it takes forever just for one workout
