Horrible new app that doesn’t show the balance after each transaction. Awful awful.
Frustrating.
Some how they made the app worse. No longer easy to just make a payment.

I use the Abound at Walmart in Bardstown . Ashley & ALL the tellers go above & beyond each time I go in .
Ashley’s helped my granddaughter & myself with all our banking needs . She takes the time to talk to you like a friend , to figure out the banking you need to fit your needs .
The tellers treat us like family . Always being quick and efficient.
In this face paced world it’s so nice to have old fashioned customer service. Thank all you ladies for all you do !

New App
The new app is waaaayyy more user friendly!

Sucks- everything has been off ever since the update
Easy!
So easy to use. Trustworthy. You know what’s going on immediately. I can check all accounts within seconds.
Huge Downgrade
The accounts don’t update for days. Refreshing does nothing. I have to use the computer for everything now. Switch back to the old app or fix it. Absolutely horrible.

App needs updates in 2 sections
This mobile app is better than the previous mobile app. However, when doing mobile transactions the memo field is only 20 characters long. That’s a big problem. I can only write 2-3 words when limited to 20 characters (including white space). The second problem is that the mortgage section of the mobile app. It links you to an external site with more mortgage detail. The detail is nice but I should be able to quickly see what I’ve paid against the principal and interest without going to an external site and doing the math.

Statements don’t open
For some reason when managing credit card information for statements and payments it goes to a website inside the app. There I can’t open the statements. One star.

Not user friendly . Cannot make a transfer to another account.
Transfer no show
I transferred money twice because the balance didn’t update instantly like before.
Bad transfers
Won’t transfer money from one account to another having to split it up into small amounts in order to transfer it. Old app never had this issue.
New version Hot Garbage
Not sure what they were trying to accomplish with the swap, it appears just the opportunity to push extra services. It’s harder to see your accounts and distinguish between them in the GUI. The deposit check feature is clunkier. And transfers between accounts (LINKED AND OWNED BY ME) don’t show as pending once completed. And don’t show the funds available until the next day. Do better Abound
