Not as good as it used to be
The app used to be very good. However recently I’m unable to do full room scans, the app stops detecting the scan data and leaves massive holes. The photogrammetry option also has dropped in quality and so far the AI feature has never worked for me. Very disappointing. Had the issues on my iPhone 14 Pro and on my iPhone 17 pro.
Update.. another feature broken, unable to process lidar scans “failed to initialise”. Using iPhone 17 pro, latest OS.
Update: Developer has been contacted multiple times regarding the issue and no response received from them. Issues still present.

Fantastic app but stopped working recently
Incredible for 3-D scans lately it gets stuck at 7% and can’t render the actual scan. Not sure what happened with the recent release.
FBX export broken
App produced the best textures out of all the lidar scanning apps but .FBX exporting has been broken for at least a month now.
In addition, now I am getting a failed to initialize error when trying to process any scan!

Service is broken, scans queue > 18 hours no result
Latest version just shows “queued” for over 18 hours now, no longer works, I subbed again but now I’m out the money - not working and possibly no longer maintained / abandoned?
Since it’s unreasonable for anyone to wait >18 hours for their scans, conclusion is this app is not currently usable or maintained.
The photos upload but the service never takes them off the queue. Tested with free trial and with pro membership, iPhone 15. Old service worked.
