Not letting me cancel my subscription. They are conveniently having login issues.
Who does this work for??
Not sure who gets 5 stars from this app. I just tried to get a simple floor plan of a 2000 sqft house. Every time I thought I was about done it said it lost its scanning and I would have to start over. Never was able to get to scan more than 2-3 rooms before it quit scanning. There is no way this is a useful tool for anyone.

Good ethics
Couldn’t unsubscribe and the app charged me over $700. I was stressed until I just received a msg saying they are helping asap, which shows me they are have good ethics. Giving them 4 stars only cuz I tried to unsubscribe and it was super difficult
Charged me almost $500
There is no way to cancel subscription. After 30 min looking I msg them and said don’t charge me and canceled my account. They charged anyways. I’m choked.
Shady billing practices
I let a friend download this on my phone because he didn’t have lidar and wanted to try it. I was just charged over $400 and they won’t refund it. I do not want this subscription, nor this app.
