Left cell phone in car
Upon my drop off location he was nice enough to return it too me. I did frantically reach out to one of your AC drivers at the ferry drop off location he refused then I moved into another AC driver in front of him she was able to trace the car and # and get my cell phone back to me. That was a very narrow 20 minutes margin before I had to leave another big thank you to the driver! Huge thank you to the nice blonde lady who reached out!!!!

Remember that in BC, one of the restrictions when holding a driver's license is not using a cellphone while driving, as it can lead to distraction and potentially cause an accident."

Unprofessional app
The app is clearly a turn key solution that is used by AC Taxi - which is perfectly fine, except that they have done the bare minimum to set it up. Even the confirmation emails that are sent when booking a trip contain placeholder images.
The app works, but it really could use the bare minimum of attention to make it feel less amateurish.

Don’t even bother installing it.
Undoubtedly, this app stands as a prime example of the most disappointing taxi applications I have ever encountered. The experience of waiting for a cab for a mere 15 minutes, only to have it inexplicably canceled, is nothing short of exasperating. Astonishingly, I've endured this ordeal not once, but twice, within the span of a month. Coupled with the abysmal customer support that fails to provide any meaningful assistance, I find myself compelled to part ways with this application and have chosen to delete it from my device. This leaves me with absolutely no doubt that installing it would be a grave mistake.

Easy to book and easy to pay. App works flawlessly.
AC Taxi
I have always had very good service from all the drivers I have had. I frequently use the taxi service as I am unable to drive and I prefer this company over any other one. The drivers are always polite, friendly, helpful when I need them to help with groceries and they always do it with a smile. They are always courteous and don’t mind having a bit of a conversation on the trip. I highly recommend AC Taxi.

Terrible ride service
They have on several occasions “cancelled” my ride I waited 30+ minutes for leaving me to wait another 30 minutes before getting a ride.
Drivers are nice but I hardly ever see them when most of my rides get cancelled.

Misleading app
This is an app that you think gets you a taxi booking but in fact it’s not a confirmed booking like Uber they just take customers on first come basis. Better to call yellow cabs they take confirmed bookkngs. Also the app quotes a price then they just charge you on the meter which is always higher
Messes up time zone
Just started using the app and disappointed that it confuses time zones. I like to prebook my ride while I’m in Alberta before my flight leaves. Although I enter the time I want picked up (eg 6pm BC time), when I get my confirmation text, it says it’s booked for a 5pm pickup. So any time I try using the app, I need to call to confirm the reservation anyways. Might as well stop using the app if it doesn’t save a phone call.

This app is terrible. Cancelled pick ups over 5 times and when we called in no one answered.
Orders cancel no cab shows up
Orders just cancel with no cab showing up. After half an hour has to get someone who could hear to call one in.
Needs update?
I love this app, but since updating to iOS 9 all it does it crash on load up. Maybe it needs an update??
