Always down

Been using them for over a year and they have almost screwed me over on getting a car cause they don’t allow you to spend certain amounts and they’re always down so you can NEVER access your own money

Wonderful

Works great and fast transfers. In 5 years I’ve only had 2 problems with the app being down but it’s fixed the next day.

Loyalty

I went through a tough financial situation in 2021. Other banks refused to work with me. Academy Bank let me start anew. I have visited several locations and have always been treated with respect. My only complaint is that they don’t have enough ATM’s. I often use cash and it can be a struggle.

Academy Bank flaws

I like the app, but it seems to be a little behind actual data and you cannot make payments to your Academy Bank credit card. But everything else about I like.

My experience with this app

Difficult to maneuver through the app and the Zelle takes days. It is not an automatic thing at least not with my experience. I use Zelle on other bank apps works fine.

I really enjoy having this app

I really enjoy having access to be able to check my money at any time being able to transfer funds and just knowing what I have financially right there at the tip of my fingers
