User reviews

App won’t even log in

The app is broken or glitched. It won’t log in and keeps sending me in circles. The only way I can access Access is through my institution.

Unable to log in

This app is not usable. It asks for my login, then to click to open the app, then brings me back to the login. It’s an infinite loop and I’m unable to access any material. Also received no response when I emailed them about this issue.

Unable to log in

Even with typing password or temporary link, it’s stuck in an infinite loop where I can’t log in. Used to like this for quick reads, now it’s terrible. I can’t even access anything because it won’t let me log in.

Worthless for books

Only the chapters of books are available (the appendix and introduction are absent) yet there isn’t an option to search through all chapters at once for a specific word or phrase, so using a book as a study reference is exceedingly difficult and time consuming because I don’t know where to go to look up the things I want to read about.
Plus, I can’t access the last section of chapters in any book that has grouped them together, due to a glitch in the app.

I’m very unhappy and frustrated with this app, it’s inhibitory to the learning process.

Sign in problems

I havent been able to log in for so long, the sign in window is glitched or smn, because right after putting the password, it tells to click on the open button to access the app’s content, but instead it takes you to the same stupid sign in screen again
