They have ruined this product. They have stripped all the benefits, increased prices, made points worthless, the system

No so good
Staff at Troon, via the phone, not helpful or knowledgeable after having trouble with Access. Treating long time customs with disrespect.
Need to integrate international courses
Its buggy, cannot add Oman cell at all, need to add international golf courses / merge with Troon International app

Worth-less
There is no obvious way to record points for a round or use points for a round. I was a loyal Troon Rewards member for decades. I don’t know Access and the change from Rewards was done almost overnight. Neither members or the golf courses had lead time or clear explanation. They increased prices and reduced rewards. Whoever is in charge of brand loyalty seems to have missed the memo on the disastrous brand destruction at the likes of Bud Light, Gillette and Cracker Barrel. I hesitated to give this even a one star review because it is truly worth less.

No Ratings System
While Troon Golf is an outstanding course management company, this app lacks a comment or ratings system for the courses they manage. There are a select few courses that they should drop from their partnership based on course conditions and prices the individual courses charge for “over par” conditions.

So much better than the old app
The new app is very user friendly and makes booking tee times at most Troon courses a breeze. A must-have if you are in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
