Freezes and not funtional
App sucks. Freezes when you want to submit payment. worked ok in the beginning now it has no use!

I deposit money frequently through this website. Why not allow me to store my credit card info.
Also half the time or even more frequently, it rejects the payment. I called my credit card company and it isn’t them. It is the app and its poor functionality. Needs a lot of work to make it better.

A mess
Before I made an account I was able to see the commissary store and now I cannot and I can’t even send money to my loved ones

0 stars should be an option. What a waste of existence this app is and whoever designed it has no business in app development for such a serious cause. Shameful actually. I underfunded “what do you expect, it’s jail”… then don’t even make an app if you don’t have the competence to build a solid for of communication for loved ones SOME of whom have been arrested and are not guilty, etc. what an absolute total fail as developers. With all the technology in the world, this is what you find acceptable to release for use? I hope your student loans or YouTube university are refundable. Maybe try a new career field. Cause this clearly ain’t it.

Obviously, they make you call customer service so they get more charges out of your deposits really sad that the app doesn’t work just so they can charge you more money

I wish I could give negative stars. This app is so trash it’s unreal. For a company that is in the business of making money for a service all the inmates want to use you’d think they would be more efficient about getting that money. TLDR: Payments rarely work.

With these insane fees it should be a crime.
Horrible
When you put in your credit card info and it goes to the verify screen, it gives you 4 to 5 seconds to check your messages for your verification code, then go back to their screen, type in the code, and submit. By this time the 4 seconds are up and it times out and removes all the info you just typed in, causing you to have to start over. Extremely frustrating and a testament to whoever coded this app and obviously did not bother to test it.

SCAM. They don’t send the money
I paid for money to be sent in and I have a receipt number yet when I called she never got the money and the automated line says they can’t locate the transaction. They do not have a way to speak to a person. Do not get scammed

Only business I know that doesn’t like to make money they flag almost all transactions and deny transactions for no good reason. What a scam of a company.

This company takes your money and lets you send a couple of messages then all of a sudden they say they don’t service your state and hang up so it’s a waste of money

Actually, I don’t feel this app deserves a star, but I couldn’t submit it without! It is unacceptable that families are being charged extra fees just to send money to their loved ones in prison. Commissary prices are already outrageously inflated, and tacking on additional costs only punishes the families who are trying to provide basic support.
Many of us are barely getting by ourselves, yet we’re forced to pay fees on top of inflated commissary prices. This system is exploitative, unfair, and takes advantage of people during some of the hardest times of their lives. Families should not be treated as another source of revenue.
This practice needs to end. Supporting incarcerated loved ones should not come with unnecessary financial penalties.

Hideous and horrible
This app is absolutely horrible. Keep getting error messages for no reason at all wasting my time. Now when I wake up in the morning all of the transactions that didn’t work last night are processing charging me back to back to back to back.

This is a bad service I made a transaction of 100 dollars for a person who needed them and to date they have not credited it and I am calling to solve the problem and no one answers this is really frustrating the truth I do not recommend this app

This app has major glitches that need to be fixed immediately before I will put my trust in it.
Got scammed
I have proof that I was just scammed out of 100 . On Monday may 26,2025 I was trying to put 100 on my account through the app. After putting in my card Information and the amount the app froze. They still took the money and didn’t post it to the account . Didn’t send me a receipt or add the transaction to the history of transactions like all my others . I’ve been on 2 different calls waiting to speak to an agent for over forty minutes and still no answer . My bank won’t dispute the charge because it’s saying I approved the transaction . This is the first time it’s happened and it happened after the the app and website was down for a couple days so I’m not sure how I’ll get my money back or add it to the account . I emailed them and hasn’t gotten a response and I’m still waiting on the phone for an agent .
