I’ve got to say I’m very disappointed with this app. It used to work perfectly fine for me. After a couple months it no longer remembers my password and doesn’t acknowledge my location when I try to tap in and out.
Can’t log in!
Keep signing in for it to kick me out within less than 1 second
Worst app in the history of all apps
Constantly have to sign in even after authorising Face ID. Now won’t even let me use my saved passwords, have to copy and paste every time.

Constantly deletes expense receipts after saying that they have been uploaded successfully. The worst app I’ve ever used

Crashes on opening
The app now crashes on opening. Totally unacceptable and no apparent workaround or fix. Works fine on desktop but there’s less functionality on that for expenses and leave so please update soon and provide a solution
Buggy and needs improvement
A very simply app with most of the online functionality missing. Often force logging out, as of witting most widgets have vanished from the list including the widget to see who is away.
No access to team calendar so only really useful for requesting holidays and seeing who is away.

Poor interface
Anyone who uses this app basically has to due to their employer using it in place of doing any HR themselves. Therefore the developer has no incentive to improve it.
Frustrating and reliable
This app simply does not work. Constant login problems, errors, and settings that rarely function properly. Instead of helping, it only creates frustration and wastes time. Employees struggle every single day to use it. Honestly, this app should be dropped completely.
Assessments/planner
For the last few weeks I have not been able to add anything to my assessments/planner. It is crucial that this is fixed as me and many others need to put my hours up and there’s no way to do this. Every update since it’s stopped working has not fixed this bug!!
Latest Update Broke the App
Since the latest update i can’t add anything new to my planner! Tried restarting phone, reinstalling app, logging out and in, I’ve spent far too long on something that should take seconds.

Logging out
Please fix this issue. Your app keeps logging me out even though I’ve set up Face ID, I’ve uninstalled the app and re installed the app but it still logs me out. Currently using iPhone 16e.
Poor app minimum details compared to other apps, big privacy issues!!
Really poor app compared to similar apps, you cannot add details or notes when u click in or out nor you can edit them!!

Slow, buggy, unreliable and not user friendly.
The app never stays logged in, everyday I have to open the app then close it because it crashes then open I a second time which then takes me to access page where I have to enter my email and password then I can get in to the app. Not ideal when you need to clock in or out quickly. General functions on the app are very poor and long winded.
