Alleine die Grundeinstellungen, Verknüpfen, Steuervoreinstellungen etc benötigen die Hilfe durch Support und Buchhalter mit viel Elan.
Profis mit Experimentierfreude sind hier gut aufgehoben, aber auch hier gibts wahrscheinlich bessere etablierte Programme.
Als Quereinsteiger definitiv Finger weg! Ohne Buchhalterisches Wissen checkt man wenig auf Anhieb und ruiniert sich.
Nach 2 Jahren sinnlos bezahlen hab ich meinen Account gelöscht und bei einem neu erstellten komme ich halbwegs klar.
Ich bin vielleicht bei 70% Wissen zu Zoho Books angekommen und Schuster das jetzt halbwegs zusammen dass mich das Finanzamt nicht auffrisst.
Durch spätere Recherche musste ich erfahren dass Odoo.com die perfekte Alternative ist, günstiger und besser.

Still can’t access multiple instances of Zoho
I am totally frustrated with lack of development of the mobile app. It’s absolutely fine if you only run one business on one instance of Books. However if you run multiple companies using Books on totally separate instances of Zoho, it’s impossible on the mobile app to switch between organisations in a similar fashion to that that can be achieved with Mail or Connect for example.
Come on Books team time to get this sorted once and for all.

Implementing the feature to switch between Zoho Accounts is in our road map and we will be providing this in one of our future updates. For now, you can check out our Zoho OneAuth app which will make it easier for you to switch between accounts.
