PROBLEM POSTING RECURRING TRANSACTIONS
I like this app a lot and sure appreciate that it’s inexpensive. I only need a basic transaction register, and this fits the bill very well. My only issue has to do with posting recurring transactions. I like to post all for each month on the first, which gives me an overview heads-up of what I’ll have left over for the month. But when I manually post the recurring transactions ahead of schedule, the date changes to today’s date instead of the date they’ll go through. Hoping you can fix this to keep the date it’ll happen on and not change to current date. Then it’d be a five-star app!

I like this app layout etc. BUT IT FAILS TO AUTO SYNC. Second time in 3years I’ve lost all my data and had to struggle to refill the data into the app BELIEVE ME THAT SUCKS
Recurring Cycle
Is there a way to add additional cycle options for recurring charges? For example 5 months.

I must have accidentally deleted an entire account. Is there anyway you can recover it? I did not have the backup feature on.
Recent Error - Worked Perfect for Years
Started on a recent update with Accounts 2, figured I’d upgrade to Accounts 3 to see if it was fixed but it is not. Every time I go into the app, click my credit card account, hit the plus on the top right, it kicks me back to the main page rather than going into an entry screen. I then have to go back in to get it to work.

Love app; but…
Love the app but it is missing 2 critical things.
1. The reoccurring expenses ONLY push to the account screen the day they are due. There should be a setting to manage this. To get an accurate view of how many bills are left to pay you have to renter them into the account. Makes reoccurring pointless!
2. The ability to push a reoccurring to accounts without having to change the date. And even if I change the date to today to get them to accounts; 90% of the time that doesn’t work. Even logging out and back into the app.

Love the app
I really love this app and have used it for years. However, I need to transfer my data to a new device and it won’t sync due to my new device not using the same Apple account I had on the old device. The email option wants me to set up an email in settings but is not very descriptive about the process. I have an email associated with my account but obviously it is not in the correct place. Is there any other way to transfer the data?

Email Alert Every Transaction
I loved this app but now every time I enter a transaction it asks if I want to send an email. It’s super frustrating and I can’t figure out how to shut it off
Need help
I paid for Accounts 3 and I can't get the export data function to work. I reconciled my checkbook like usual. My email is correct, the dates are correct, and I requested both reconciled and all transactions to be emailed but no email was sent. Please advise. I have used this function for several years.

App crashes All data lost!!! No tech support available!!!
After setting up my iPhone I downloaded the app from the App Store when completing authorization with backup file the app does not allow access to account. It crashes and closes. I have already made sure the app is updated and have already reinstalled it.
Feature Request??
Accounts 3 is a great product. Where can I submit feature requests? I’d like option to set recurring transactions at more granular level, ie every 6 weeks.
Can't back up from email
I can't update my account on my phone. I saved to email from my iPad. And it won't update on my phone from the back up. Suggestions???

Database Corruption Issues
After using Accounts1-3 for over 10 years, I have run into database corruption on multiple transactions on 2 different iPhones this month. These involve email sync messages (which I have always used) not being in 1 iPhone and when you send the email again, the iPhone says that it is already in the account, which you can clearly see it is not. Ended up exporting CSV history, deleting the app on both phones and reinstalling and restarting accounts again without the history. Both phones are 16Pro Max and both are up to date with app and OS versions. Sorry to report this way, but web site says to report via an Apple App Store review.

Export to email
I’m trying to export my transactions via email like I always have before and keep getting a pop-up that says to go to settings and set up an email but there is not an option to add an email in settings. How do I do this?
disappearing Data
When I opened my Accounts 3 icon on my iPhone this morning, data from February 2026-5/28/26 was missing….It’s still there somewhere, but accessible only when I look up individual payees. When I open the program on my iPad, only recurring transactions are available. HELP!! I have 4 years of data on them. Running iOS 26.5 on an iPhone 16 Pro with 512 Gb on storage. The iPad is also running iOS 26.5, 4th generation iPad pro.

This is a great program, but REALLY need the ability to print out the monthly check register.
Updates
Can you put in the next update an option to keep the date due the same when you POST NOW from your recurring payments? Love this app! I been using it since 2017!! My kids use it now too. They have been adding money spent to the accounts since they were 7 and 12! Great way to track money and manage debt!!! Love you guys!

Long time user
I have been using this App for maybe 10 years and am happy with how it allowed me a digital platform to balance my accounts. I’m old school & feel reconciling accounts monthly is a must. Every now and then there is an update glitch where my iPad does not match my iPhone, but I just stay patient & wait on the next update to fix it. Yes, I attempt to do the backup & restore thing. I’m still happy with the App.
