Welcome
Very pleased with our local Ace. Store has improved vastly over the past couple years. Staff is friendly and polite, go out of their way to help. We enjoy our trips and look for employee Jim to answer all of our needs. He really knows his stuff! So glad this store is here!
Great friendly and helpful customer service!
Andrew was great today! Showed me what I needed and introduced me to some amazing teriyaki flavored beef jerky!

Helpful
Every time I go to Ace Hardware in Brainerd, MN, the people are very helpful, even when I know what I’m looking for but I might not know the technical name for it.
Helpful
Personnel is the best they know where to find it and how to work with it-thank you
Store is great, app is not
Use the app almost solely to check if local store has stock on whatever I’m looking for. Unfortunately the search is pretty much useless and since you can’t edit the query, the combo often leads me to just check Lowe’s or Home Depot and shop there. Fix the search please.

Hedge Trimmer
I went to buy a hedge trimmer in Grand Ledge. They were out of stock. They said however there was one in Hastings. They said a manager lives that way and they could have him bring it with him to work tomorrow! I said ok and that’s exactly what happened! They took great care of me and I got a great price on top of their great customer service!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE I WAS 5
The Way Hardware Stores SHOULD Be
I grew up near 87th St. & Central Ave. in Oak Lawn. There was a nearby Ace Hardware, which EVERYONE went to. I learned at an early age that the people who worked there were SO good at what they did, because they had worked as plumbers, carpenters, and electricians. Who better to go to for advice and the right products/tools to get the job done right?!! It’s STILL that way!

Not found!
I can’t use the app as my Ace Hardware isn’t in the list although I was there today. Until you enter your store, you can’t use the app. I don’t need sales that might be relevant to an Ace 10-20 miles away!
Tools for home
I love shopping for any repairs needed at my house and property. They always offer assistance. Practical solutions and supplies are available. Thank you ACE
Rewards are Rewarding!
Love the fact that I can easily add my rewards to my iPhone Wallet! Because of this I’m finally using my rewards!
Old school mom and pa type of store
Love this store. They have all the odds and ends most stores don’t carry. It’s very laid back and the workers are very knowledgeable.
