I’d like to purchase a bunch of Stihl products however your app/website is horrible. I contacted customer service who told me to clear the cache, delete browsing history. Nothing works. Tried on multiple PCs and mobile. Has to be something with my account. I reached back out to customer service multiple times, but no response.

Delano store
Seems like once a month I have to stop up there to get something. It says it’s in stock and it never is. One time it was a yeti plug or a yeti cooler. Today was igniter strips for the green egg. Very frustrating.

App Security Issue
So I just signed up for the app. And I went to go put in my reward ID number and I miss typed it by one digit, but apparently that is somebody else’s number in linked my name and email address to somebody else’s reward account. There’s no way that I can find to fix that. It shouldn’t be that easy to accidentally connect accounts especially because my phone number is already attached to my member reward ID number. Trying to use the AI assistant to fix it not successful. This is a serious security issue. It may not be that big of a deal in the long run, but it’s still a concern, especially if people are putting sensitive information like credit cards and even reward points on their account.

Excellent customer service was outstanding!
ACE app.
I got the app to get the $10 reward but I’m happy I got it in spite of that because of its ease of use and discounts! It’s well designed and easy to navigate.

Thank you Ace Hardware for having the plastic fitting and pipe nobody else carries. I showed the Ace personnel my broken piece and pointed me to the right section .You saved the day and made me look good . I’m so happy I would add a Ace Hardware T-Shirt to my wardrobe

The all has a lot of bugs and issues, like sometimes the page just goes blank when trying to view something.

Impossible to zoom product images to see the details clearly. This prevents you from being able to properly see the product and make a purchasing decision.

Location Error
Nice app, but location defaults to previously used location. No matter how many times the location is changed and saved, it defaults to the previous location.
App was removed and reinstalled to no avail.
Customer service updated my current store, logged out, logged in, did not solve problem. Customer service had no other suggestions to provide to troubleshoot issue.
When opening up the app, my true home store is briefly displayed before quickly changing to previously used store. Seems like a something running in background needs to be changed to solve issue.
The internet said this issue is a common problem, yet no fix.
How many potential customers stop using Ace when the arrive at store to realize the item they went to purchase isn’t available due to app showing wrong location. In app.

Great experience
I’ve had a very good experience every time I go into Ace Hardware and I’m comfortable asking for assistance because I have a lot of medical issues. Lauren, the manager and all the employees have been very kind compassionate and patient with me.
No $10 bonus
Never got the promised bonus for signing up. Just a waste of my time.

Anytime that I walk into Ace Hardware anyone of the employees there are always willing to help with what. I’m looking for and just the kindness they show toward the customers that are in the store it’s always been a good experience any time that I have visited an Ace Hardware store! Keep it up Ace!!!!!

App has gotten worse
A lot of 5 star reviews seem like people are reviewing their local Ace Hardware rather than the app itself. The app is OK. The search function has always been a weak point. Too many unrelated items. The Rewards Dashboard has been broken for months now with information about when it will be fixed. You have to log into the website to see your points and coupons.

Love this app, super easy to search items and see if they’re in stock at a certain store or what aisle they are on. I can also see my discount and find old receipts
