Broken app
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app SEVERAL times with no luck. It tells me enter zip code. I do, and then NOTHING happens. No help from customer service. I can’t see ANY of my purchases. This is what it says, “You have no orders on record with us at this time.” I’m done!!!

Ace is truly a place to go for any help one needs for fixing a repair. They also have a variety of gifts and clothes too !

I have multiple apps on my phone but the Ace App has been one of the most useful I have. You have the ability to review and order what you need with updated pricing with discounts however the best features I believe is the easy to use coupons that save additional money. The other apps I use make it difficult to get coupons or discounts but not the Ace App I highly recommend.

Poor App Support
This app is trash. Auto filled every entry with random address and phone numbers. Unable to correct this. Deleted because bots are not useful. Live person unavailable. Just forget this piece of garbage and go in to the store like a real adult.

A staff member spent at least 20 minutes to assist me to get the correct screw for a project that I was working on. That is customer service.
