Broken app

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app SEVERAL times with no luck. It tells me enter zip code. I do, and then NOTHING happens. No help from customer service. I canโ€™t see ANY of my purchases. This is what it says, โ€œYou have no orders on record with us at this time.โ€ Iโ€™m done!!!
Iโ€™ll just go to Loweโ€™s or Home Depot. You lost my business.
