This app is horrible
This app never works for me. I went in and bought something and scanned the five dollars off $30 purchases coupon (I get these every month in the mail and they’re on the app too) and it didn’t work. Upon looking at it, it showed -99 days left for use. Why on earth would there be an expired coupon sitting in my dashboard and not the current month one that I had not used yet? I had various other issues with this app too every time I try to use it at the register.

Completely unusable
This app is so frustrating to use! Search is worthless, the app menus are confusing and not logical. This app is not practical or helpful to use!
Works ok
It’s nice to have all the coupons in the app. I do get too many notifications that have no updates, like daily, where a notification comes up for a coupon that I’ve already seen or have had for weeks. I also don’t like how some of the features take you online vs complete the action in the app. That’s what an app is for, in my opinion. If I wanted to do it online I would.

Great customer service
I visited the Luxemburg Ace location on 7/6/26 & had a great experience with the help of Vicky, Devon, Ben & Melissa. I needed grill spray & found the product quickly with their help. I believe Ben was training & did a great job. Melissa helped in making keys for me. Vicky was the check out person who was very helpful in helping to get a $5 reward. Always a good experience at Ace!

I buy on all the 3 stores Cottonwood, Sedona, village, and the people working there are always helping to find the right parts you are looking for, small or big repair.

You can’t use the app to find anything in any store.
App isn’t working correctly.
App doesn’t load correctly. Asks for local store when one is already selected, then when trying to input zip code or city, it doesn’t populate to select any store so can’t browse the app.
Whoever made this app…
….should be shamed and fired. Search, what’s that? OTP doesn’t work at all, it’ll tell you the code they sent you two seconds ago is incorrect or expired. Incessant pop ups. Unbearably slow. And then the devs respond to reviews saying either they’re working on it or to email them, and then it’s never once fixed. Garbage.
