Just downloaded the app and tried to create a new account and it freezes every time. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Pretty helpful orientation!
No help
When someone asks about therapy and you keep saying all representatives are busy, and then close the chat, no one is going to get help. I had to enter all my information just to open the chat, that you closed without any assistance at all. That’s a great way to harm someone who is seeking help. Do better.

The last app I want to use for mental health
It is impossible to connect to a provider and the last thing I want to do when I’m in a mental health spiral is talk to a chatbot with automated responses.

This is a great tool that EA has implemented to help their employees. I’m grateful for all things (there is no big/small)- it’s simply just being grateful.

I’m glad I only need to find a provider and I’m not in a real crisis! What happened to being able to contact EAP and schedule a therapist! I don’t want to speak to a bot who understands nothing I’m asking or mull through a whole useless website. Just provide the number to call so folks can get scheduled with an EAP covered counselor. That’s it! Or provide an email with the same service..finding a therapist!

No way to contact health coach.
Selecting “My Health Coach” from the app menu or the “Get help” chat icon just takes you to a page with your coach’s name, intro, and bio. No way to contact. Also, “Report an app problem” in the menu doesn’t open anything. The app appears to mostly consist of articles and videos containing brief, uncited and questionable health related advice.

First call in ~7 years, was a blessing.
well my agency used a different ‘subcontractor’ we will say, of ESPYR, prior to 2016. I have not called since well before that. I am incredibly surprised and thankful that the first person I spoke with on the phone was an actual trained counselor. And they’re there to listen immediately. sometimes, some of us, power through, and power through, and power through, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, and we keep trying, to our own detriment, and nothing works. this was at least a step in the right direction.

Great start
Looking at the new look, I’m really impressed. But when the same articles are replicated under each content section and there isn’t anything on suicide prevention links it’s not very helpful.
Add more assessments, short videos, and basic information on health coaching.

EAP need more than topics on the app
It would be great that the application would have the same information found on the website. Sadly, that information is missing and the app can not be promoted due to lack information.
App opens and freezes
You'll need counseling if trying to use this app as it opens then freezes up. I've deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. I'm supposed to fill my employees in about this "great news program" tomorrow's morning and I can't even get it to work. My advice is to only use the website not the app.

The contact us option does not have any link to chat or a phone number.

Your “contact us” doesn’t scroll so you can actually get to the location on the page to contact you.
