Poor Service
At ACFCU you get poor service on the phone, on the app and sometimes even in person. Customers are just not a priority with this credit union.
Garbage
This app is constantly having log in and credential issues, and on top of that, the U.I. is essentially what you get from logging into the website.

TERRIBLE BANK
Worst bank I’ve ever had ‼️ Even worse than Wells Fargo! I’m closing my account as soon as they give me back my money back they owe me. Overdraft fees for payments I made sure I had enough funds before paying or buying anything.
App never loads properly
The app doesn’t load, crashes when it does load. Asks for full credentials every single time. So FRUSTRATING! I’m switching banks because the app doesn’t accommodate me.

Online banking
I don’t like the way the card only wants to update on the weekend. It seems that on the evening when I want to use online banking the card is asking for a password change or an update. I’m tired of all these updates.

I can’t stand this app. This probably one of the worst out there. Logging in is such a hassle. if it gets an update at that’s crazy until they fix the bugs. then I can’t verify your identity most the time. and I had to call the bank multiple times so they can fix all the things. It always asked for you to send a text to your phone so you can verify that it’s you this is with do you have a face ID on as your authentication. I really need to change something because I’m bout to leave this bank for good.

No wonder everyone wants to go to another bank. What’s the point in having online banking when you can never log into it?!
Worst app ever!
One of the worst banking apps ever!! I swear I’m always having trouble logging in. It tells me to make sure I have the latest version of the app which I do and I still can’t log in. I will switching banks completely all because of this app!!! If I could give a 0 star review I would!
Why have the app if it never works
Every time I try and use the app it never works. I’m constantly having to go through the internet on my phone or a computer to access my account. The excuses I get from the bank is “it’s being worked on” or “we haven’t had any other complaints”
