I use this app for my loan and it never works. It always logs me out and I can never access my loan information. I do not recommend to anyone

Want to pay your loan? “Sorry we encountered an error” this app sends me to the moon with frustrations EVERY MONTH. I HATE THIS COMPANY! Why do you make it so hard to take my money????

Lacks basic functionality.
I have a car loan with Achieva, but for some reason I am not able to make a payment on that loan through the app. You’d think that would be a basic function, but I guess not.

I was anti banks for many years ( paid cash for everything!) until I needed a credit card to rent a car to go see my father who was dying. My friend Dawn convinced me to go to Achieva and start back using credit but using it wisely! I am so glad I took her advice because I love Achieva they are the best! Praying they come to the Palm Coast area and expand their territory!

Good but could be better
I need a payoff letter for my car. There’s no reason this shouldn’t be available online. I’m told 24-48 hours and that’s not acceptable. I am hoping it gets here today or this will cost me a reduction of $500 in the offer.
Banking
I love Achieva! They are personable, helpful and extremely welcoming people to do business with. We have some loans with them and they made all processes smooth and fast! I will never deal with a mainstream bank again. Achieva Credit Union is our home!

Overall Great App
The app is easy to use and makes managing your bank account simpler. The only reason I went with four instead of five stars is because of the credit card portion. It doesn’t show the balance after each transaction so it is hard to tell if the pending amount has been applied or not. Other than that, it is great!

that's it then, it's broken.
well, for a long time the app was great. Then I did the update. The app has been rendered completely useless now. suddenly the only transactions showing up under my checking account are the "saving for good" spare change transfers from checking to savings. I can't see any of my purchases, any of my bill payments, nothing. So I have absolutely no idea what's been going on with my checking account or even an accurate picture of how much money I have in the account.
I tried deleting the app, reinstalling it and I keep having the same issue.

The Latest Update Makes The App More Inconvenient
I used to be able to automatically sign in using facial recognition, and the app remembered my login information. Now, I have to sign in every time I open the app, and while it’s not the end of the world, it’s a lot more inconvenient. If that could be fixed in the next update, it would improve the app greatly

!!!!!~Bug 18.5 - unable to deposit checks~!!!!!
This app has mostly functioned well, I’ve been unable to deposit a check since last week. I’ve called the service center and let them know, thought it would be a good idea to post something here for the devs.
The bug occurs when you click on the camera icon, normally there’s a pause with a message and blurred background “requires full screen”, and then the camera is active. Currently the blurred screen and message just “hangs”, then errors out.
Hope this is resolved soon.

New update is garbage
Can’t pay loan through app from external account anymore. Customer service is stupid and says “if you can do it on computer you can do it on app”
Moblie deposit
Updated review- they have fixed the issues I was having previously. Most bugs have been taken care of. The app is buggy when signing in and clicking on whatever account you want to view. It either doesn’t load or will sign you out.
I downloaded the app mainly for the mobile deposit feature and since the iOS update it crashes every time I try to take a picture of the check. Please fix!
