Need help with my account.
I can’t seem to login to achieve by Petra app with my email. It says wrong password and I can’t reset it too when I try it says I’m not registered yet

All in one app
This is the most seamless, beautiful, effective finance app I’ve used globally. First it’s intuitive so it’s quite easy to navigate and choose a product that makes sense for you. Second there are a number of community features that allow for accountability and also competition which creates good habits. Third the apis work, as a big fan of expressway I auto trust anything the built on their tech and so far it hasn’t failed. Love to see two Ghanaian apps working together.

Customer support is non existent
I’ve had my money that I made deposit more than two weeks ago not available for withdrawal. Contacted the customer support and it’s been three days now . They tell me to check at the end of the day and the know they don’t work on weekends .. so I’ve had no way to contact them again .. this is soo bad and I’ve had only bad experiences with Achieve . This will be my last time using the app as soon as this issue is resolved

This app is the worse app I’ve ever used in my life… save your money with them at your own risk and funny how they don’t even have a good customer service team…. Imagine waking up one day and can’t redraw your own money … choose wisely

I’m trying to login and make some withdrawal but it’s not going through, it just takes me back to home page , it does not open for me to make a deposit and it happened this morning .
