Booked via the phone to a birthday party in a club on Saturday evening but the driver took us to a dentist a couple of minutes away! Showed him the address and eventually got there but the driver didnāt let the office know not to collect us from the dentist later but the club. It didnāt happen so had to use Uber. Disappointed service and obviously at that time of night unable to rectify or get another taxi via the appā¦avoid!

Taxi came on time by the second. Driver was lovely. Had no problems with the app so far
Terrible app, doesnāt work
Downloaded app, went to add payment option and wonāt let me, said my password was incorrect even though logged in, wonāt send me an email to change password.
Tried to register account with phone number which says itās being used already, sent code to find email and then says itās not in use, I mean, have I got an account or not and if so whatās going on with your app.
Who designs these apps, the worst taxi app Iāve ever seen.

So bad!!
We booked a taxi with loads of time to spare and when the time came to pick us up, they called and said that there was nothing available. Disgusting!! Donāt use
Schedule doesnāt work.
No matter how many times I try it keeps reverting to today. I want to schedule a taxi to go to the airport. I guess Iāll use someone else.

Convenient app. Iāve used it several times and booked taxis in advance. Can track the driver to see where they are. Recommended š
Use another company!
App works great, that is if they actually have a taxi to give you! Booked half an hour in advance and still left waiting 25 minutes over the time outside Asda with frozen food and young children. Iām sorry but you shouldnāt accept orders you canāt fulfil, most people would be more than happy to just use another company. Take my advice, pay 20p more with another company and get home at the time you actually booked! Never using again

Worst taxi service in Tamworth, whenever I book in advance the taxi consistently turn up 10-30 mins late, making me late to work which isnāt acceptable when I have booked it for a certain time

Bang on
Downloaded the app, booked taxi and was there in minutes. Paid what the app said too. Really quick and easy to use- very much like Uber.
Never works
I donāt always have cash on me so I use the pay with card function on the app but the last few weeks this has not been working , when you try booking a taxi it just freezes. I have emailed 3 of 4 times but havenāt received any reply back
Waited over 20 minutes for a taxi
I ordered a taxi for half 3 at lunch time and it did not turn up until 3.50 I finished work early to get to the doctors now Iāve missed my appointment and I get paid less for leaving early disgusting company I called them 5 times time to go to bennetts
App works company donāt
App works fine the company on the other hand donāt. They will stop booking with no notification they will get your driver doing other jobs 1st many times I have been left waiting. Today was the last straw. Booked via the app and was told 7min wait 35min waiting in the snow and a call to them to be told āthe app donāt work properlyā and paying Ā£10 for a job that in Birmingham would cost Ā£6. Joke. Iām now cold and late for work. But they donāt care.
The company gives the app a bad name as the app works as I used the same platform app with no problems with star cars and Plymouth taxis.

App good, prices not
The estimated price is way off - and the prices too pricey - was told Ā£8 but was Ā£12 rip off!
