Don’t do it!
I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS APP! Paid for over a year and never got the first gold bar. They gave me store credit when I cancelled my subscription and I haven’t received anything from that either.
They charge $$$ to cancel
The idea is good with poor, sketchy execution and a worthless app. There’s no visible progress on how close you are to getting physical gold, to find out when your going to get it you have to email and it’s days maybe weeks before reply. I just went to cancel my subscription cause I never know when my gold is coming or if my money is just going into the ether and they said it’s a $25 fee to cancel. Scam

Status Bar Missing
Love the concept and am subscribed, I really wish the status of your next gold shipment was visible in the app. A simple status bar, instead of going to the website and trying to determine it.
Lacking communication and integrity
0 stars if I could. I was stupid and thought this service was a good way to start investing in precious metals and I paid the price. Just save up and buy gold straight up or on credit and pay your creditor back.
Non-delivery and unclear fees
I subscribed to the 2.5g plan for several months through this app. Despite recurring charges, I never received a shipment or tracking. After canceling before any shipment, the company cited a “shipping threshold” and withheld “processing” and a “cancellation” fee that were not clearly disclosed as non-refundable during sign-up. Communication felt evasive rather than solution-oriented. This app needs transparent terms, clear fee disclosures, and timely fulfillment. Until that’s fixed, I can’t recommend it.

Bad investment
They’re charging over $30 more per gram than any other dealers. Over priced by a lot. Rip off to buy at their rates when you can get far more for far less.
Lacking transparency
When you attempt to get any sort of information on how often you’re going to receive your bars. It’s very apparent they’re not wanting to give you such information. My real life experience was that they’re making at least 30% maybe even up to 50% on each and every bar they do end up shipping you. It’s inconsistent how often they send em….It’s a bit tough to gage exactly. But it’s partly because the price of gold does fluctuate. I understand that. But there’s also an exorbitant amount of profit this company is taking. You’re way better off to go to your local gold dealer and buy at or close to current spot, it’s at least very transparent vs acre gold.

Pricey way to buy gold, contests offers are closed, don’t forget the duties when you get your gold!
I like the idea but the customer service stinks. The Director of Operations thinks he’s smart by telling me I’m wrong when his contest offer is closed on the same day I get the email. The app is basically worthless and lacks any functionality. Not worth the trouble to buy with them I’m learning.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This gold is fake. This entire company is a fraud and a scam. Their gold is fake.
Pretty good customer service
I really enjoyed this company. I think they’re pretty good. I wish there was better one to one conversations. I wish there was somebody I could call if I had a problem but other than that, I really like them.

Wish it would show bar progress
I really wish they would make it easy to show when your next bar is going to ship/updates on progress rather than just how many payments you’ve made. My biggest peeve with acre gold. Too easy for things to get lost in translation if there’s an issue
Good, but can use a few improvements
This App would be much better if they added the “progress” screen that is available on the web version. Also needs to be made compatible with iPad screen sizes.
