Active Luton app
The app is useful for finding and booking classes and activities but somethings do not appear, for example the Monday, Thursday and Friday active retired club does not appear for booking. It is a shame that unlike the website, you have to chose one of the centres before you can look at classes or activities and then book. On the website, it is possible to filter down by day of the week, the type of class and the name of the centre.

Payments no longer work
This app is useless. In order to pay via the app booking system I have to freshly reinstall the app. Every. Single. Time. Otherwise it’ll tell me “payment failed” the next time I try, even though it’s using the exact same payment details that worked when fresh. Now to book I need to tap on My Account and pay via the browser, which works perfectly fine so it’s not my account or card that’s the problem, nor does it matter which class I’m trying to book. I’m not the only one who affected either - someone else in one of the same classes said he had the same issue. No way of contacting any sort of technical support in the app. SORT THIS OUT, PLEASE.

Random payment failures, cannot book
App is ok UI-wise. Arbitrarily however, periodically I cannot book onto classes because it’ll throw up a “payment failure” error. Several updates have not fixed this. Reinstalling does nothing. Deleting and re-entering card details does nothing. No other options for payment on the app. Waiting does nothing except save me money because I can’t attend the class (and I’m not going to waste more money in getting to Inspire only to find the class is now full and then I have to go home). Doesn’t matter what the time of day is or how close to/far the class is, if I’ve spent any other money on my card or not or how much, it’s totally random.

Very user unfriendly, won’t allow to book through the app
Waitlist & notification
Point less going on the waiting list space come available you don’t get put on or even get call so over people just skip the que and on notifications if you are signed up to more than 1 centre you get the notification multiple times
