Timesheet Issues
Ever since it went from AT&T to Actsoft I’ve had issues with clocking in/out. “Error with submission, will reset to last saved status” had me clocked in for 35+ hrs and still can’t change it at all.
This app is junk
None of the work gets sent in from my phone to the office! It says it’s gone through but nothing on the office end and this makes everything so much harder and difficult. I do not recommend this app to anyone
GPS in app
Has the gps tracking been fixed in the app?? I have been trying to track the vehicles that have this tracker installed and can not access it unless I open it up in the web portal. I don’t have time to keep doing that. Need an update.
GPS not available on app
I own a business and was told by the AT&T rep that their vehicle tracking was available to be seen on a smartphone. So we purchased 10 units. However you can’t open it within the app which makes it basically useless because our managers are always on the road. It’s only accessible from a computer. You can open the webpage on the smartphone, but it’s not useable at all.

We were told it would work offline in the field and it doesn’t trying to add pictures to it kicks us completely out the app and the app won’t let us back in the app until we get service again.
