Bug Fixes

User reviews

Room for improvement

The live activity in the Dynamic Island always shows an icon for this app. Even after force-closing the app, signing out of the app, restarting the phone. And there’s no setting to turn this off. Very frustrating. It makes the app unusable.

iPhone 17

Loved the app used it on a daily basis till I got new phone iPhone 17 pro now I can’t use app said not compatible when is the app going to work on I phone 17

Missed call alerts make it unusable, frustrating

Please allow multiple missed call alerts to be dismissed all at once. When I open the app I have to sit and repeatedly tap “Not Now” for a flurry of missed calls, which is a horrible user experience. The app doesn’t tell me how many more alerts I have to dismiss. Why not put these alerts in a notification tab list that I can review at my leisure like the iPhone phone app does? Why not allow the user to dismiss all of the alerts at once? These alerts are not ignorable and basically render the app unusable until they’re all dismissed. This is ironic because the app is supposed to be about real time communication and yet when I open the app I’m forced to be reminded of communications past which are useless to me because they are in fact not real time. What’s the point of notifications (but not the contents) of old communication?

Please hire and employ experts in UX and UI design who know how to devise and implement easily usable, frustration free, and intuitive GUI and design paradigms, preferably designed for an iPhone touch screen and not just copying and pasting from the handheld software.

App update removed important settings

The latest update removed several settings, including the ability to disable missed “call” notifications. The support page still directs you to the settings to disable these, but there is no such setting. This makes it impossible to use if you have any downtime as you get bombarded with missed call notifications that you must acknowledge before using.
