“It’s not a feature, it’s a bug”

This is the absolute worst app to use and being commissioned in the field, this app specifically has taken money out of my pocket by making everything take longer, booting out my invoices multiple times, not able to keep price changes, not able to download calls or keep anything on my device to be faster, takes forever to load, takes forever to use, frequently experiences errors for every “feature”. If you push this on your company, be prepared to spend hundreds of thousands to get it mostly working but never working fully. Acumatica is the premier “early access” software for cloud based solutions, that is to say, it’s a gamble on if it works that day or not. We even had the joy of having the entire server go on maintenance during a standard work day. Choose Oracle

Very frustrating

App constantly crashes or kicks the techs back out to log in screen. You have to click through multiple selections to get to the calendar, When using the calendar from the app it always starts from the first day of the month and you either have to scroll through the entire month a few days at a time while it refreshes or go into another menu and select current day. Extremely annoying and poor operation for a scheduling tool for field techs.
