“It’s not a feature, it’s a bug”
This is the absolute worst app to use and being commissioned in the field, this app specifically has taken money out of my pocket by making everything take longer, booting out my invoices multiple times, not able to keep price changes, not able to download calls or keep anything on my device to be faster, takes forever to load, takes forever to use, frequently experiences errors for every “feature”. If you push this on your company, be prepared to spend hundreds of thousands to get it mostly working but never working fully. Acumatica is the premier “early access” software for cloud based solutions, that is to say, it’s a gamble on if it works that day or not. We even had the joy of having the entire server go on maintenance during a standard work day. Choose Oracle

Very frustrating
App constantly crashes or kicks the techs back out to log in screen. You have to click through multiple selections to get to the calendar, When using the calendar from the app it always starts from the first day of the month and you either have to scroll through the entire month a few days at a time while it refreshes or go into another menu and select current day. Extremely annoying and poor operation for a scheduling tool for field techs.

Pick, Pack, Ship Screens Too Small
The latest update caused the automated warehouse operations screens to be too small to be usable. We use this every day, and now can’t ship with the app. Please fix ASAP!

Locked out very frequently. It won’t allow you to get past the main screen if you get that far, it partially loads and freezes. It will quickly lock you out when manually entering your password as opposed to facial recognition. When it works is good.
Terrible app to use for work.
Constantly giving me a error 404 code and constantly having to restart the app to get it to work. Not user friendly you have to constantly hit save unless you want write ups or time entry’s to get deleted. Terrible app would not recommend Sales force is definitely better.

Glitchy
This app is poorly designed overly complicated and glitches on a regular basis. Using the time card function it will randomly just change dates, that creates errors that paralyze all functionality.
Horrible app - super slow and freezes
Agree with all the reviews about it constantly freezing and being slow. I tried to call today and was told to basically pay them to get some customer service.

Crapumatica
Company switched to Acumatica 3yrs ago. Constantly glitching out, requiring log in, automatically sending you back multiple screens to get back to one you were originally on, etc. Total junk, and a complete waste of time.
Kind of a pain to use
- after I enter notes on an appointment and click save, I might wait 10 seconds for the spinning circle to disappear. - sometimes it says another process has updated the record and my changes are lost. But then they are saved after all. Some of our Android users have the opposite problem - things appear to save but don’t actually. - when typing notes, the text box doesn’t auto scroll. So the text goes below the bottom of the screen, out of sight, and you have to keep scrolling down as you type. You can work around it by pressing enter 10 times beforehand to create blank space, but this is basic functionality, man.

Poor user interface
Overly complicated time entering for worked hrs especially on multiple hrs worked on different Jobs..or if combination of regular and straight time and multiple jobs
