On June 10th, 2026, my entire accumulated balance of 12,178 points was wiped out overnight without a single warning, notification, or grace period.
The Core Issues:
Zero Notification System: The app does not issue push notifications, emails, or in-app alerts as your account approaches the arbitrary 90-day inactivity threshold. Instead of engaging users to keep them active, the system quietly confiscates hard-earned rewards.
Excessively Harsh Expiration Threshold: Taking a brief pause—such as a standard summer break—is enough for the app to erase hundreds of hours worth of ad viewing, survey completions, and offer interactions.
Automated & Unhelpful Support: When contacting support to appeal this automatic wipeout, you will receive boilerplate, copy-paste responses. Rather than investigating individual cases or offering standard courtesy restorations for loyal users, support hides behind rigid policy scripts: "After 90 days of inactivity, your points will expire and unfortunately cannot be recovered."

I like this app it’s really fun. It saves you money on your phone bill and everything but one thing I don’t understand is the ad saying save five dollars now claim now on your phone bill and there’s no five dollars that you save. Or play any new game and save $.50 instantly ….never got that. Also, sometimes you’re playing games and they just stop giving the rewards for the goals for your hitting. But sometimes you get a good game and you can make a decent amount of money off of your bill. By playing, fun games. When it works, it works seamlessly. I’ve never had trouble cashing my points in though that part is always been on point. I say the games are decent. The selection is decent. when it works….It works great….👍🏽 so four stars from me.

The only reason I downloaded this app was bc of the $5 promotional gift and for only just making an account. I figured ok, no harm no foul at least I gained a $5.00 gift card ( which was what the picture displayed. )
Turns out I never received the $5.00 gift card, credit or anything.. only 1,000 coins, there’s nothing to do I mean nothing on the app.. it’s a complete waste and kept stating, I needed to turn off all safety features on my IOS aka iPhone. Yeaaaa nope.

I’ve had this app for a while and I played the games constantly I added up over five hundred dollars 500.00 worth of games I hadn’t been paid for so everyone please be aware this app starts out ok then they scam you constantly

It’s good but all the points aren’t loading for games I’ve been playing for weeks and I wrote customer support but nothing changed. I didn’t even get a reply back 😒

Great app
Overall the app works well I save at least $20 a month playing games. Sometimes the games work fine and it registers that you downloaded and played and sometimes it sometimes it doesn’t. If I download a game and go into the game and after I played the first level I immediately go back to the add it up to see if it registers that I downloaded and played sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t .. if it doesn’t I immediately DELETE the game off my phone

Great Idea, Takes Forever to Earn Discounts on Phone Bill
I have used this app before and I think it’s a great idea and it does work. They do have a lot of great variety of games and they are able to be applied to your phone bill. The problem is that it takes a very long time to even earn enough to take five dollars off your phone bill. I played daily and the most I was ever able to takeoff. My bill was five dollars. It’s worth the time if you have a lot of time on your hands.
