Junk instead of Mobile App
This app has not worked for more than a year. Absolutely nothing works as one cannot log in using one the two given options - Account Number or Registered Mobile Number. After entering either information when login key is pressed, a pop up message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This error has been a permanent feature of this app for more than a year despite 5 so called "minor bug fixes and enhancements" updates issued in 2025 and 2 in 2026. In case of problem with the app, there is a "Report App Related Issue" button which does not require log in. It takes to the next screen where one has to enter account number, mobile phone, email, category of problem, add description if issue and upload screenshot and click on Submit button. What happens next is familiar error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." On log in screen there is another "Quick Bill Pay" button for existing customers which takes one to the next screen where account number and mobile phone are entered and pressing next button again pops up same error message. I can't call such an app nothing except JOKE. Apple should remove this app from App Store till it is really fixed. It is also poor reflection of Adani Group IT team's competence.

Unable to login
Frustrating glitches, constantly freezes
The app hangs on the home screen regularly, making it impossible to use. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app every time, which is extremely inconvenient. Please fix this stability issue immediately.

Have some problem with i phone16
When ever i want to login in this app it doesn’t open. Everytime i have to uninstall and install back then it open at first time then again i want to open the app it doesn’t open. I am using iphone 16 with ios26. I think app have some bugs. Please check

App not loading
Multiple times it happened that only front page is open with logo, after that no change in screen and it’s dead. Many times I’ve uninstalled this app and reinstalled. But again same issue after few usage back to same problem…only logo screen, not letting go in account and details page.

Useless Mobile App
The mobile app fails at the log in stage itself giving error message “something went wrong” despite attempting with CA number or mobile number. Same error message received when the “Quick Pay” option is chosen which does not require log in. Surprisingly the error repeated when app complaint feature was chosen.
To summarise the app is practically useless for several months and should be either removed from App Store or fixed ASAP.

Advance payment
Advance payment option for the past few months when selected shows service not available, we are working on it. However, nobody seems to be working on fixing this issue
App frequently doesn’t open
The app doesn’t open frequently, once we tap on it the app opens with a frozen blue screen. The only way we can solve this is by deleting the app and re-download the app back and then it works, but after few logins same thing happens.
Worst app
Never seen such an obnoxiously poor functioning app every time I try to log in it says something went wrong and it’s been weeks no reply from the helpdesk 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Inaccessibility of Adani app
I am trying for last 15 days to pay my electricity bill of my house in Mumbai ! I have not been successful
App not working and no responde from Adani
Why is the app not working? I have sent several emails and there has no response. Very disappointing service. Very quick to charge the amount but lacks good customer service.

Tried to access from abroad to pay bills for my dad in India. Unable to access. Called help desk. To my surprise the don’t even answer your emails. One of the most disgusting service.
