Waste of time
The concept is a great idea unfortunately the app is awful and frustrating occasionally it works but most of the time the camera never takes a photo in any light condition after you’ve spent time inputting all the data so no idea what state the system is in going back to fernox test kit

I might as well have bought an empty box. The app is unbelievably frustrating. I was hoping that the app would have matched the hype around water quality testing, unfortunately not. Either the app functionality needs to be greatly improved or I warn all to steer clear and save yourself the money and invest in a thermal camera instead.

Good idea poor execution
It doesn’t remember your email address so have to enter it everytime. Doesn’t work in bad signal areas and can go back and check previous tests from the phone app. Simple things to do that other apps do but these fail at
It’s the DEVS THATS USELESS most probably
This app is terrible when it comes to scanning results on the camera. It always has problems, and they never try to fix it. It’s as if people don’t have anything better to do with their lives than sit around and wait for lousy app developers to fix their issues.
Could be better
In principle this idea is great in reality the app is poor. I’m really disappointed with the functionality of photographing the test results on the test card each time I’ve used it’s taken 5-10 minutes of messing about to get the app to recognise the test strip.
