Safety upgrade hasn’t been paid
Send the invoice and completed form - no payment. Send an email twice and call them ,still no payment. My advice for a gas engineers - avoid them!
Rectified Historic Issues
Great app, easy to register installs by being very simple and easy to use. After registering, the user will get a warranty, gas safe and building control certificate immediately on the spot through the app which also gets emailed to customer. This is absolutely brilliant and seamless. 10/10 👍

As an installer selling an ideal with a 10Year and 12year warranty’s is a great sales point ! But apart from that it’s all gone down hill tying to register a
Boiler with ideal installer connect app and getting gas safety notification use to be easy, the app is so temperamental and is constantly down, unfortunately as an engineer installing boilers from other manufacturers the other manufacturers have got the uppahand with the apps they provide. Please sort the issues out. I have stop recommending ideal because of a couple of issues and this is one of them.

Registrations
Would be nice if they made it possible to register their unvented cylinders on the app too.

I was extremely surprised to see this app had 2.6 stars . So thought I’d add my review. Very easy to login from my iPhone. Very easy to register boilers . The only down fall is some times you can’t register boilers due to tec issues . When I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled it in the past. That’s rectified issue so far. I’ve had to do it twice.
