No longer works
This app stopped working so called Ideal boilers to be told ‘as we no longer manufacture the Touch thermostat, we can’t help you’. Not exactly ‘Ideal’!
Could be really good but …
This app could be great but unfortunately it keeps signing me out of, therefore in gps mode sometimes the heating stays on when I leave the house !
Do not buy one of these boilers
Useless never connects, logs you out, server always go down therefore your left with no heating terrible terrible app and boiler😡😡😡

This really needs an update, always logging me out of my account. Functions need to be made smoother.
The fact it has not been updated in 4 years says it all for a big organisation like Ideal surprised more finances have not been allocated to improving this product.

Rubbish App
I have been in Technology all my working life and have never seen an application so poor .
As usual as soon as the clocks go back or forward , you can guarantee that someone has not taken this into account and the server fails .. Probably won’t be fixed until Tuesday.
Full of bugs and hasn’t been enhanced for years .. I hope Ideal are not paying their App support company to much money !!
